Goldman Sachs & Co. 2004 to 2015 PROJECT MANAGER – VICE PRESIDENT (2011-2015) (San Francisco, CA)

Established technology roadmap, directed 4-member team, and represented IT department to business heads. Directed in day-to-day support to Trading, Investment Management, Research, Services, and Wealth Management divisions.

Planned the migration of 160 users from thick client computing to Citrix virtualization. Directed team of engineers in New York and India to identify beta users, and resolve day one issues and day two optimizations.

Conducted the implementation and planning of San Francisco and Los Angeles lower voltage patching, including switch/router connections and redundancies from old Cisco 5700 series to Cisco 6700 series.

Worked to deploy CRM solutions all Goldman Sachs offices in the Americas, Europe/Middle East. Particular focus was on deployment, contingency, and client training and support on day one.

Responsible for the implementation and administration of local deployment of Active directory, Windows 2000/2003 Servers, NetApp, Altiris operating system deployment solution, and Marimba application distribution system.

Free Arts for Abused Children (Los Angeles, CA), Volunteer Captain, 2007 to 2011 Free Arts for Abused Children is dedicated to delivering volunteer-driven creative arts programs to children throughout greater Los Angeles County who are living in emergency or transitional homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters, or affordable housing communities, or who frequent community and family resource centers.
