After a great day at the Ghetty Museum in Los Angeles with my family I looked at the pictures from the day and realized I was very unhealthy. After a physical I also found out that I was pre-diabetic and highly at risk due to such a high blood sugar count and stress from my job. The next day I was in the gym starting my path to fitness. At home I changed my diet completely cutting out soda, sugar, and fats. In the first month of working out I lost 30 lbs and dropped from size 44 waist to size 38 and my XXXL shirts were now XXL. At this point I hired a trainer at 24 in Long Beach. David Justice taught me HOW to work out. He taught me the intensity that I need to bring to each workout and how to get the most out of my body. I dropped to 260 lbs with his assistance and kept the intensity. Andy Wich

After a great day at the Ghetty Museum in Los Angeles with my family I looked at the pictures from the day and realized I was very unhealthy. After a physical I also found out that I was pre-diabetic and highly at risk due to such a high blood sugar count and stress from my job.

The next day I was in the gym starting my path to fitness. At home I changed my diet completely cutting out soda, sugar, and fats. In the first month of working out I lost 30 lbs and dropped from size 44 waist to size 38 and my XXXL shirts were now XXL.

At this point I hired a trainer at 24 in Long Beach. David Justice taught me HOW to work out. He taught me the intensity that I need to bring to each workout and how to get the most out of my body. I dropped to 260 lbs with his assistance and kept the intensity.

November 15th, 2013 I joined the 24 Hour Fitness team to give back. I want to see everyone around me achieve the results they want and in my case need. I am currently at 255lbs with 70lbs of fat loss and 15 pounds of muscle gain and I bought my first L t-shirt in 22 years in July! My body fat percentage is 27% and my quality of life has improved drastically. I am currently working with all the trainers in my gym to continue my education in fitness and am grateful that I get to share it with YOU EVERYDAY!!
