My adult career has been spent in various genres of healthcare spanning patient representative positions to system administration and management positions and my latest genre of ICD-10 medical coding. I understand the workflow of patient care from the initial patient check-in stage to the ultimate final results and reporting in the electronic health record. Experience with behind-the-scenes technology interfaces, software application troubleshooting and management, implementation projects, mandatory compliance issues and quality assurance are part of my tasks, assignments and achievements as well.
