Background:
The mobile communications market in Angola, like most other sectors in the country, is growing at fast pace.
An average of 30% of the population uses mobile phones to communicate via the only two operators
present in the country. This number is very likely to raise due to the lack of quality in the fixed line services,
currently offered by the incumbent and monopolistic operator in Angola. The infrastructure being rolled out is
