We supply a variety of sawdust and shavings blends to poultry, dairy, and equine farms. Delivery is available in various quantities either in bulk pushout delivery, or blown directly into barns, paddocks and other areas. We also supply wood chips, ground cover and hog fuel for a variety of farm applications.
Our PromiseWe strive for excellence and work to deliver on the scheduled day, with a reminder call theday before. We take bio-security seriously and do not haul poultry litter in our trucks. Poultry - Coastal Sawdust for poultry is bright, great smelling and lightweight. This is an excellent choice for urine and ammonia absorption, odour and fly control. Species include cypress, hemlock and fir.Interior Sawdust is a drier alternative made from spruce, pine and fir. We bring it in from bC’s interior; we do not haul poultry litter as an up-haul due to biosecurity concerns.
Equine - Cypress Sawdust is the preferred sawdust/shavings for horse bedding. It is produced locally at our coastal sawmills; it isn’t dusty, is yellow in colour and has a pleasant smell. Alternatively, we offer a drier sawdust from the Interior which is white in colour and made from spruce, pine & fir.
dairy - Denbow’s dairy bedding aims to keep cattle dry and clean at the most economical price, helping farmers to reduce costs and increase profit, Our Whitewood Shavings are high quality and at the right moisture level to ensure comfort and absorbency.
