We usually eat four times a day: Breakfast Lunch Tea/snack Dinner/ supper
To have a good breakfast is very important because it helps you to pay attention in class, to study and do physical exercise.
What does a good breakfast include?

LEGUME, NUT, SEED AND MEET FRUIT GRAINS VEGETABLE FATS, OILS AND SWEETS. MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS
