With the exception of the cover, fold each page in half, keeping the blank side on the outside. The cover should be folded along both sides of the spine, with the blank side facing inward. 4. Glue the blank side of page 2 to the blank side of page 3. Continue this process for all pages; gluing 4 to 5, 6 to 7, and so on. 5.
