• In small groups, draw around someone onto sugar paper.

• Draw on where you think your bones are.

Hint: you can use your body to help you!

Function of the skeleton

• Movement– The muscles, which are attached to the bone,

work together to help us move.• Protection– As bone is incredibly hard, it protects vital organs,

such as the brain. • Support– The bones keep the structure of our body in place.
