Work included preparing a marketing strategy, internal and external communications strategy, branding and media guidelines and reputational strategy. In addition, I worked with the Swiss Cottage School Charity. I identified fundraising strands, introduced a major donor programme and series of events. I put together a fundraising/ marketing strategy, built the website, prepared all collaterals, helped set up the Road Map for Life conference and handled all media. Other work included working with Middlesex University on a high profile external programme, the launch of a new interiors company and a press campaign for Kendal Mountain Festival.

2010 – 2013 THE PRIOR GROUP: MD of a brand development, publishing and experiential agency founded together with the entrepreneur, James Caan.

The agency has four specialist divisions and provides all creative services in-house. Prior & Partners: Offers brand affiliation and development through integrated, multi-platform communications campaigns that typically include publishing luxury books, producing e-books, phone apps and websites, social media, customer engagement, audio visual, film and holding large scale events such as live streamed fashion shows, auctions, exhibitions and experiences. Prior Bespoke: This division acts as an advertising agency delivering bespoke, experiential campaigns that are unique to each client, ultimately leading to enhanced brand perception, PR and increased profitability. Prior Events & PR: PR services are provided for a range of clients mainly operating within the luxury sector. Events, large and small, have included fashion shows, motoring experiences, auctions, exhibitions, exclusive networking events, business trips for high profile CEO’s etc. The Priority Club: This is a unique, interactive, private members club facilitating high level networking and providing an e-commerce platform via a boutique featuring a high-end video shopping experience.

Starting the business from scratch, the company turned over £1 million in the first year and four major campaigns were running simultaneously by year two with 32 employees. Responsible for all company marketing and PR, my role was extremely hands-on and involved pitching and winning new business as well as developing concepts for all campaigns. I led strategy, content, editorial and creative direction, as well as PR, Marketing and events. As part of the campaigns, the agency worked with around 500 of the worlds most prestigious brands including Citi Bank, Blackrock, Vertu, Fabergé, Mr Porter, Matches, Garrard, Aston Martin, House of Fraser, Sir Richard Branson, NUS, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, Kuoni and BA.

2008-2010 ST JAMES’S HOUSE: Editorial & Creative Director, also responsible for production.

This role involved building up an editorial, design and production team in order to publish high profile, highly complex luxury coffee table books. We published nine within the first year, each with a pagination of between 400-800, with approximately 150 editorial contributors per book. I was also responsible for spotting new business opportunities, developing existing relationships, pitching and winning new business, creating a new company website, providing sales teams with support material, pre-and post sales, setting up a system for financial controls and staff appraisals.

2006-2008 HOUNDOG LTD: Contracted to work for three publishers and PR clients.

Pallant House Gallery: This included setting up and implementing an international press campaign at short notice for the launch of the new £8m wing and organising a royal visit/opening. I was then asked to develop a corporate/events strategy and programme.

Cream publications: Group Editor for 64 luxury Publications.Business First magazine: Editor & Designer (B2B publication).Absolute London and Absolute Brighton magazines: Editor & Designer for interiors.
