NCAA tournament appearance brought Lafayette national publicity for athletics, academics, return on investment, and the value of our degree.

Lafayette athletic programs had the fourth highest NCAA Graduation Success Rate in the nation: 97%. 17 of 23 sports received NCAA Public Recognition Awards for academic performance.

Fall and winter sports had 18 All-Patriot League and 9 Academic All-Patriot League selections.

Every year, the Oaks Leadership Academy, funded by the Maroon Club General Fund and Dr. Wilbur Oaks ’51 Leadership Development Fund, helps student-athletes and coaches

become effective leaders in academics, athletics, and life.
