Dear Fellow Alumni and Friends of Niagara Catholic,

On behalf of our governing Board of Trustees, I

bring warm greetings to you. Scanning the

roster of our Board is somewhat akin to

perusing the yearbooks of Bishop Duffy,

Madonna, and Niagara Catholic. Almost to a

person, we are a Board comprised of Alumni

and proud of it! Why? Perhaps for the same

reason many of you continue to support us with

your generous annual contributions. We

recognize the value of the Catholic education we were blessed to

receive at our Alma Mater and we want to do all in our power to

continue that legacy for future generations.

Leaders are nurtured and developed within the walls of our school.

Our graduates consistently excel in obtaining scholarships to top-

ranked colleges and universitiesincluding our close partner

Niagara University. Our Alumni include prestigious professionals

and community leaders on the Niagara Frontierand across the

nation.

To my fellow alumni in the area, I encourage you to introduce a

young person in your life your child, grandchild, niece or nephew

to the institution that established YOUR Catholic values. And if

you are so inclined, consider supporting their future education with

a financial commitment to one of our scholarship funds or to the

student support fund. I might recommend that you do what I and

my five siblings did this past summer to celebrate our mothers 90th

birthday. We established The Dick & Pat Nolan Scholarship Fund

that will support future students of single parents. We, of course,

will honor any criteria you wish to set.

Niagara Catholic is affordable, offers a nurturing and safe

environment, and, as a snapshot of the roster of NC Alumni will

reveal, a degree from Niagara Catholic is a stepping stone to future

professional careers and community leadership positions.

Dear Alumni and Friends,

On behalf of the entire Niagara Catholic community, please allow me to say

thank you for your support and trust over this past year. Because of you, we are a better place, and are able to continue to provide a top quality Catholic

education to many students in Niagara County and surrounding areas.

Your personal sacrifice and philanthropy allows us to provide tuition support,

improved technology, and scholarships to students from all over Niagara and

Northern Erie counties. These students come through our doors every day

with an opportunity to grow intellectually through excellent academic

programs, socially through interactions with others both in and out of the classroom, and spiritually in

daily recognition of Gods presence in their lives. These opportunities are available to them because of

your generosity.

Each school year we welcome new students to new classes and welcome back those who are returning.

We welcome them to the Family of NC. We take great pride in the Family that is created each and

every year at Niagara Catholic. Our graduating seniors regularly talk about how they have become part

of this Family, which has become a very important part of their lives now and in the future. Many of

you have expressed that same sentiment to me about your high school years. We are proud of our

students, our programs, our school, and certainly our alumni and benefactors.

The next seven pages of this report are filled with the names of hundreds of donors to Niagara Catholic.

Whether you chose to donate to the student support fund, the scholarship fund, or the technology fund,

please know of our sincere appreciation and our promise to continue to ensure that Catholic education

is alive and well in the Niagara area. Our faculty and staff also recognize and appreciate your help and

support.

We encourage you to visit our campus. Be on the lookout for the new athletic center coming soon. We

have accomplished a great deal together.and we are on the move to greater things in the future!

As we begin our celebration of 40 years of Niagara Catholic, and continue to keep the traditions of St.

Marys, Madonna, and Duffy alive, we again say thank you!!
