The questions are:‐ 1. Under 1956 Indian company act section 4, the meaning of holding & subsidiary company and in this connection the relation between Mahindra & Mahindra with Mahindra Gujarat Tractor LTD. 2. If subsidiary company sell its product & that product subject to with in the warranty period of company & dissatisfy customer due to mechanical fault but the management of subsidiary have no headache in this matter, hence the role of holding company how to handle that situation (in this case & here Mahindra Gujarat Tractor LTD. Sold its tractor to its customer & with in the warranty period. Tractor was on the mechanical fault but after its one side all survey by company declared that the customer have not taken service with in the warranty period. So for kind consideration we can say that if a customer /a poor farmer of India purchase tractor for his farming &mechanical fault made with in the warranty, so there is no reason for save him from free service and we think no famer of this world will to spend more money without taking assistance from company).
