1. General Profile
1.1. Introduction “Dynamic Tarang (P) Ltd”*DTPL+; a private limited company and is in operations since 2005. The company work on rural service related innovative projects with a vision of “Brick by Brick Innovations to Help Change Life of People”. DTPL has formal association with hospital groups and with various reputed NGOs and organizations working in remote areas. The company is managed by four member directors under the leadership of Mr. Manish Kumar as Chairman Cum Managing Director. He brings 15 years of experience in development sector with various National and International organizations. Other directors also bring more than 15 years of experience in managing various multi-million development projects.
A. Community Radio: Communication through use of technology is
one of the prime focuses of Dynamic Tarang. The company
carries a deep understanding of community radio programming
on social issues. Company has chosen communication especially
community radio as one of the core area of company and to
support NGOs in setting up, programming, broadcasting of radio
programs in the area of social development message. Since its
inception, DTPL had identified and trained various “Community Radio Jockeys (CRJs)” in
Jharkhand, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. These trained CRJs identifies the problem of their
community and develop their radio program, which is broadcasted through All India Radio
Network and they are also given MP3 player, with the help of which they Narrow Cast their
radio episodes in smaller group and help community with appropriate information and
Education. The strategy has been proved successful model and produced various results.
B. Dynamic Tarang has experience working with International organizations. DTPL has also worked with telemedicine system in Bihar, which was assisted by CARE India and being operated through NGOs in two districts. 6 telemedicine systems have been set up at remote locations of Bihar to support poor population. CARE India is also providing technical support in the operations and management of Hospitals and Mobile Medical Units.
C. Dynamic Tarang also supported hundreds of children from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar by training them in developing six key skills viz. communication skills, leadership skills, analytical skills, managerial skills, organizational skills and out of box thinking through its program of “Nikhar: Personality Development Program”. The project was executed in partnership with an NGO called Lohardaga Gram Swarajya Sansthan. The program has shown magical results at community level.

D. Dynamic Tarang has been awarded to run two 50 bedded
hospitals by Department of Welfare, Government of Jharkhand under Public Private Partnership {PPP] models. The hospitals are located in the rural area at Pathna Block of Sahibganj and Nala Block of Jamtara of Jharkhand. Dynamic Tarang has successfully running the operations with the support of Department of Welfare as well as Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, which is providing medicines and other consumables. The hospital provides services like OPD (general, maternity and pediatric), IPD, diagnostics like X ray, ECG, Pathology, Ultra Sonography etc and referral services. The hospitals have become life line in the area of operation. It provides free treatment to people living below poverty line and even population living above poverty line is minimally charged.
E. Dynamic Tarang is has also been awarded Four Mobile Medical Units under National Rural
Health Mission, Department of Health, Government of Jharkhand under Public Private Partnership [PPP] model. The Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) is designed in a fully air-conditioned but with ultra modern facilities like Auto-analyzer, X-Ray, ECG and Ultra Sonography. MMU is operated through of team of 10 persons including doctors and other para-medical staffs. MMU provides medical services to remote and hard to reach locations on a fixed route chart issued by Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer of the district. Dynamic Tarang is operating both the MMU in the district of Godda, Jamtara and Sahibganj, where its hospital is also located. MMU provides free services to the entire population.
F. Dynamic Tarang has also positioned itself to ensure that children
grow healthy. For this, Dynamic Tarang is also doing Anganwadi Health Program in 20 selected Anganwadi of Nala Block, Jamtara and 25 Anganwadi of Pathna Block, Sahibganj. Dynamic Tarang team visit these selected Anganwadi on a prefixed programs and provide services like maternity care, ante-natal check-ups, distribution of iron tablets, immunization and other counseling services to ensure safe and protected mother and child care.
G. Dynamic Tarang believes that childhood is the best time to
intervene to ensure a healthy life of an individual. Dynamic Tarang in association with local school management of Sahibganj and Jamtara conducts health promotion among school going children on a regular basis, in which students are screened against different diseases and they are provided with medicines and counseling services. In general children in rural areas suffer from mal-nutrition, anemia, worm infestation, weak eye sight and dental problems. They are screened and treated accordingly. BMI testing of adolescent girls is one of the cores of School

Health Program promoted by Dynamic Tarang. This program is conducted by a team of doctor and a para medical staff.
H. Dynamic Tarang has also working in Retail Chain Management in Lohardaga District in partnership with Self Help Groups with brand name “Sheetal Suppat Stores”. Suppat means super in local language and this is a unique project in terms of its design, which intends to enhance the income opportunity of SHGs by providing them an opportunity to purchase commodity of their choice as well as selling of their productions in the store. Suppat Didi is not only a sales women but also act as a facilitator for economic enhancement of SHG and other community member. The store is expected to cater three types of commodity transactions; Urban to Rural, Rural to Rural and Rural to Urban. With time it is expected that more procurements to be done at community level which will provide ample space for villagers to get an opportunity to sell of their productions at fair price.
I. Dynamic Tarang has also been awarded a project by Department of Welfare, Government of Jharkhand for “Conservation Cum Development of Primitive Tribe Population” in Berhait block of Sahibganj district based on its experiences of working closely with primitive tribe population.
J. Dynamic Tarang has also been identified training institution by Panchayat Raj Department, Department of Rural Development, Government of Jharkhand to impart training to newly elected panchayat members in different part of the state. Already trained all Panchayat Samiti and Gram Panchayat members of Sahibganj district.
K. Dynamic Tarang has positioned itself as an Research institution while conducting research work several research / studies for company own development as well as other clients like NABARD, Jharkhand, NABCONS, IRH etc.
L. Company has places itself in the field of food processing sectors, while setting up of 10 MT production plant of Palm & Dates based jiggery at Bhagalpur, further DTPL is establishing two more processing plants in Jharkhand related to Cashew Nut & Pulses.
M. Dynamic Tarang entered in the field of seed production especially pulses and oil seed at Beharagora in 70 acres of land, also going to establish the Farmers Producers Organisation in the respective area.
N. Dynamic Tarang also engaged in assessing the market potential of minor forest produce at Noamundi in association with Tata Steel Rural Development Society (TSRDS).
