Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan Permanent affiliated to Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, was set up in the year 2003 for offering UG & PG Courses in faculties of Science, Commerce and Management under the provisions of the self financing institutions of the state government. The institution was certified by ISO 9001:2000 initially and accredited by NACC with grade 'B' in the year 2015. Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan follows the academic curriculum and calendar of affiliating university, at the same time exercising the academic flexibility by enriching the syllabus and also holding remedial classes and teaching beyond syllabus. The IQAC cell, setup in the institution, has developed an excellent format for getting the feedback from the students about the curriculum, teachers and institution, besides regular feedback during the academic session through Mentors and Daily Administrator. The cell, not only analyzes the feedback, but also takes follow up actions as required. The management has been striving for up gradation of the knowledge of the teachers by involvement of experts from affiliating university and other renowned institutions. The Institution has installed Smart Campus which is students friendly ERP through which the students and their parents can know about their performance anytime. The faculty members have been extensively using ICT for teaching learning. The institution library has rich resources of lecture & CDs downloaded from various open sources sites & it also subscribe online & printed journals. The management has adopted the practices of overall growth of the students through organization of different training, seminars, workshops, games, sports, cultural programs, besides organizing medical check-ups and providing hygienic canteen. The special focus of the Institution towards student welfare has led to the establishment of well developed systems like student help cell, central counseling cell, personality development cell, training & placement cell. The institution has already setup the organization such as Aishwarya Institution Alumni Association & Rotaract Club Aishwarya, a club based on student membership reflects the deep social commitment of the Institution towards the well-being of the Society. 1 Year Eligibility: Graduate (10+2+3) any stream from recognized University with 50% marks (Minimum Passing Marks for SC, ST & OBC).

During the report period, after NAAC accreditation, new programme added is B.Sc. - Bachelor in Science 3 Year Eligibility: 10+2 (science) with min. 50%

marks (Minimum Passing Marks for SC, ST & OBC).

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the institution is sufficient to meet the requirement of the affiliating university and the Government of Rajasthan. The institution has not created the residential facilities for the students and the faculty, as these was not required due to the location of the campus. There are number of private hostels and the institution has signed agreements with the owners of these hostels (separate for girls and boys) to give priority and concessional tariff.

Affiliation: The Institution is permanently affiliated to Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur – a University of the State Government.

Academic Regulations: The academic regulations approved by the Academic Council of the Mohanlal Sukhadia University Udaipur have to be followed for all the formal courses the institution runs.

Mentorship: Every student is assigned a Mentor for guiding him about the academics and creating awareness about their career planning. Mentor is responsible for overall academic, curricular, co – curricular activities of the students. A mentor plays the crucial role for guiding and supporting the students. Personality Development: The students on getting admission in UG Courses started their exciting first day college life with the orientation programme, which they attended with full anxiety, enthusiasm and little bit confusion. They were told that after graduation, they become employable / well prepared for higher education and make various attempts to build a secure career. The institution has planned many activities to make continuous efforts to develop and improve their personality and make them ready to face competitive market environment. The institution lays great importance on the personality development activities and makes efforts for enhancing the communication skill of the student. A slot for PD and Communication Classes is kept in the time table. The experts and the faculty regularly delivered talks, present case studies and gave tips on time management and planning, academic regulations of the course, observing institute’s discipline, ethics, etiquette, general behavior, dressing etc. Regularly organized activities which make the learning interesting such as giving quiz, ICT based learning, making charts & wallpapers, and conducting literary competitions; personality development sessions, mock interview and campus interview drives are some of the major activities conducted during the year. Library and Book Bank: During the period an amount of Rs 44,901 was spent to buy 328 books & Rs 12918 on Journals. The library has more 5645 text, reference-books and 81 CDs as per stock. The institution subscribes to DELNET. It also subscribes to the leading news papers, magazines and periodicals and has 121 Journals. During the report period, 3711 books were issued to the students & the staff, including from the book bank. The institute provides the facilities of the book bank to the students. Internet: The institute has speed of BSNL 12 Mbps Broad band connection. For accessing information 3 types of facilities are provided Internet, Intranet & Wi-Fi. For Internet accessing the staff and the students are provided with user IDs and passwords. With the help of these ID and Password students can solve their assignments, questions, programs etc. which are given by faculties. They can also see information related to the course, career, examinations and mails. All faculties and staff members can access Internet through ID and password. All Computer Science faculties are enrolled on EDX, MITS, MOOC and other open learning sites.

Collaboration The Institute has entered into collaboration with two business groups The Ashoka Event Management Institute & Devansh Group of Hotels and Resorts and has signed MOU’s on the following points: The Ashoka Event Management Institute is engaged in organization of various events such as meeting, film shootings, functions, get-togethers, annual business meetings etc and wishes to keep some smart young person’s on its roll to meet the requirement of the event; they will select 15-25 students of the ACES. These students will be given training through lectures/Practical about requirement of work of event. Out of these 15-25 students, they will place on its roll 5-7 students on completion of the course. Further the shortlisted students will also be placed on job during break, holidays, vacations to manage the event. Devansh Group of Hotels and Resorts is running various hospitality related activities and maintain their head office at Udaipur and requires management and commerce graduates for running various activities, has desired to provide internship to the selected students of BBM/B. Com. On successful completion of training, they will absorb in the company or place them in other chain companies working in similar field.

ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES Conferences/Workshops/ Seminars/Talks: Workshops During the report period 5 skill development Workshops including one state level workshop on Art & Drama were organized as per details given below Workshop on Career in Accounting, 29th September, 2015 A Workshop on “Career on Accounting” was organized on 29th Sept. 2015 in Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan. The speaker was Mr. Dinesh Dargar Chairman of Institute of cost Accountant of India, N.K. Soni Member of ICAI & Priyanka Mehta Executive Member-Udaipur Chapter. They told some Professional courses such as Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary, Cost Management Accountant and Tally etc which is better than the traditional courses in modern economy.

Speakers during Workshop Workshop on Importance of Quality Management & Their Benefits 2nd December 2015 A workshop on Importance of Quality Management & Their Benefits was organized on 2nd December 2015 by Udaipur chamber of Commerce & Industries member executive Mr. Rajesh Kataria. Mr. kataria briefed about the concept of quality benchmarks, process of quality management, need and its importance. The guest also informed the students about the career scope in quality management in various sectors and told the students that people and organizations across the world demand for quality in all aspects State Level Workshop on Drama and Art Education 12th December 15

On 12th Dec.2015, under the banner of R & D advisory Cell, ‘A One day Workshop for Teacher Educator on Art and Drama Education for Teacher Educators’ was organized. The inaugural Ceremony was presided by Prof. Sadhana Kothari, Chairman, Faculty of Education, MLSU, and Udaipur. She opened the scroll and announced the opening of the workshop and expresses her views that the workshop will be definitely helpful to the teachers. Prof. Shail Choyal the Chief Guest of the workshop gave his artistic expression by drawing the angel art on chart. The verbal welcome of the guests was done by Dr. Q.A. Bohra. The floral welcome of the guests and resource persons was done by the members of the student council. The workshop had four sessions in which: The fine art resource person was Rajaram Vyas, Deepak Joshi was the resource person of Performing arts and the Drama expert was Vilas Janve. In the end of the session certificates were distributed.

Various Sessions of Workshop and Certificate Distribution

Three Days Workshop on Branding Strategy 2nd January to 5th January 2016 A three days workshop (2nd January to 5th January 2016) for Branding Strategy and Brand positioning was conducted by Dr. Neha Porwal Professor IBS Academy Jaipur. The workshop included the detailed information of Branding concept; differentiation was various brands, need and importance of Branding and Strategies for branding products of all sectors. The students did different management exercise for Brand positioning of products in consumers mind. Dr. Neha informed the students that consumers of all sectors give importance to Branding segment and advised the students to seek for various job options in this sector.

Workshop on “Reaching for the Sky and Beyond” 11th April 2016

A workshop on “Reaching for the Sky and Beyond” was organized on 11th April 2016 by Professor Gautum Mukharjee from IIM Calcutta at Mohan Lal Sukhadia University Auditorium. The students and the faculty participated in the workshop. The theme was to motivate the youth to use their full energy and dedication for achieving the aim of life. Prof. Gautam helped the students for identifying the goal of their life and suggested the ways to achieve it. He also helped the students in finding the solutions of their troubles.

Technical Talk on “Software Testing” 21st August 2015

A CSI Technical Talk on “Software Testing” was organized by Computer Society of India Student Branch. The expert speaker was Mr Sushil Audichya, Director of SQS Technosoft at Udaipur; an entrepreneur, with rich experience in the field of Software Quality Assurance. The guest was welcomed Student cell committee member Chirag Soni and introduced by Tahir Sadriwala.

Dr Archana Golwalkar (Director AIM & IT, CSI SBC) focused on the objectives and importance of the Technical talk on “Software Testing” along with the expected outcome.

Mr Audichya started the deliberation with the fundamentals of software and System Development Life Cycle locating testing. He elaborated on why software has bugs and defects followed by Test initiation criteria, Test completion Criteria, participants in testing, best practices, challenges and economics of testing. Mr Audichya shared with the audience the current scenario of software testing in software industry and avenues therein.

Participants Interacting With Mr Audichya During Technical Talk on Software Testing

Throughout, the session was interactive wherein students of BCA, PGDCA and MCA as well as faculty members raised their queries and displayed keen interest in the topic and discussion. The session was coordinated by Ms Neetu Agarwal and Dr Sunita Bhati. Talk on Career Opportunities in Automobiles Industry, 13th September 2015 On 13th September 2015 Mr. Dilip Nahar General Manager Audi India limited gave a talk on of automobiles industry, its segments and future growth and career opportunities. Mr. Nahar told the students that automobiles sector is growing on fast pace all around the world as consumers demand new and advanced vehicles; this growth has increased the demand in this sector. The demand of manpower is high and graduated from all streams can make their career in automobile segment. He also advised the students about the job apply process. Talk on Banking and Service Sector 27th October 2015 On 27th October 2015 Branch Head Kotak Mahindra Bank, Udaipur Mr Vineesh addressed the students in reference of Banking and Service Sector. He informed the students about the working process of Public and Private Banks and suggested the students to prepare for various banking jobs; he also gave tips for cracking the banking exams. Talk on FMCG Industry 10th December 2015 Mr. Manoj Jain Marketing Manager of Mangalam Fun Square interacted with the students about the FMCG Industry and Mall trend in the city. He briefed the students about the consumer preferences and FMCG marketing strategy and job potential in Malls. Mr. Manoj told that consumer preferences of all age groups is changing rapidly and external forces like economy, globalization, competition etc have increased in the demand of new products, this rapid change has increased jobs in all sectors of FMCG industry.

Talk on Consumer Rights & Consumer ID, 24th December 2015 On National Consumer Rights Day a talk was organized on 24th December 2015 on the topic Consumer Rights & IT. The keynote speaker was Dr. Ajayvardhan Acharya, Assistant Regional Director, IGNOU, and Jodhpur. The main objective of the talk was to create awareness on the use of consumer IT. Mr. Ajay informed that all the government information has become online; the student has to fill the competitive exams forms, electric, water; telephone etc bills online by e-mitra. He said that government is making the cities smart and the consumer should know the policies of government. He also highlighted new opportunities for students besides government jobs in Agriculture, Handicrafts, Tourism, and Mass Communication. Mr. Ajay also focused on Clean & Clear India, Digital India, and Literacy in which the youth can change the present scenario.

Dr. Ajayvardhan Addressing Students Talk on Child Labor 8th March 2016 A talk was arranged in Aishwarya College on 8th March 2016 on Child Labor by Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Udaipur. The Keynote speaker of the talk was Mr. Girish Bhatnagar, Additional Collector. In this talk district level principal’s of government schools also participated .The main objective of the talk was to notify child labor situation in India, laws & rights for education according to RTE. The speaker appealed the audience to remove the deficiency of child labor from the society The Principal’s of the schools gave consent for the education of the Child labor.

SEMINARS During the reporting period 4 Seminars were organized as listed below: Seminar on Cracking Competitive Exams 20th August 2015 Dr. Pancham Mehta, Director Tirupati Career Academy delivered a seminar on "Cracking Competitive exams ". He encouraged the students to plan for achieving the goals at the right time, prepare well and excel through 3 P’s Passion, Persistence and Perseverance balancing their academic life. He motivated the students to believe in self and dare to highlighting on Math’s, Logical reasoning and language.

Speaker Interacting with Students during Seminar Seminar on Jobs in Tourism Industry 3rd November 2015 A Seminar on Jobs in Tourism Industry – the most booming career sector in Global World was organized on 3rd November 2015; the speaker was Mr. Himanshu Soni Branch head of Thomas Cook India Limited. Mr.Soni gave information to the students about Tourism Industry and its job opportunities. He told the students that Global Tourism is growing day by day and people from Upper middle and middle class are willing to travel in the world famous destinations, along with it Global trade and economy has increased the market potential. He advised students that the jobs in hospitality sector are in numbers and young people out of hard work can get career growth very soon so students should try to focus on new career ventures. Seminar on “Programming Skills Based on Recent Trends” 6th November 2015 Organized a technical seminar on “Programming Skills based on recent trends” the expert was Mr Gowrav Vishwakarma. He emphasized on the changing trends in application development and latest advancements in the software industry, which will prevail in near future.

Seminar on Personality Development and Interview Skills 12th January 2016 On National Youth Day 12th January 2016 Mr Amit Singhavi Corporate Trainer ICICI Bank conducted a seminar on Personality Development and interview skills. He described about different personalities traits and gave the tips to the students for Personality Development, Resume Preparation and Interview Skills. He showed through PPT different styles of resumes, soft skills, manners and etiquettes to be adopted professional word, verbal & non –verbal communication, dressing styles while going for interview etc. He also took mock sessions of different types of interviews as telephonic, personal information, group discussion etc. CONFERENCE The institution organized one national Conference during the report period. The National Conference was organized on the theme Emerging Trends in industry, Education and Modern Society on 27th – 28th November 2015. The detail information about the two days conference Inaugral, technical sessions ans velidictory session is as below: National Conference (VII).Emerging Trends in industry, Education and Modern Society ( ETIEMS- 27th -28th November,2015 In the quest for promoting research and Industry Academia exchanges, yet another milestone was achieved by Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan by organizing Seventh Conference at National Level on a multidisciplinary theme “Emerging Trends in Industry, Education, and Modern Society” during 27th -28th November 2015. The objective of the encouraging inter-disciplinary research and dialogue on Emerging Trends in Industry, Education, and Modern Society with a variety of perspectives including strategic, managerial , behavioral and operational issues. The domain includes Management, Commerce, Computer Science & Information Technology, Education, Social Sciences, Humanities and Environment with a wide range of related subthemes.

Besides three tracks of technical paper presentations there was a PowerPoint presentation competition as well as poster presentation competition exclusively designed for students. Top three performances in each category were rewarded.

Selected quality research papers and articles received for the conference were included for publication in Aishwarya Research Communication Journal (ISSN 0975-3613) Vol. 7, Aishwarya Research Review (ISSN 2249-2097) vol. 5 and Journal of Aishwarya Shikshan Sansthan (ISSN 2249-2100) Vol. 5

The conference was enlightened by the presence of 16 luminaries throughout with participation of 120 delegates, from various parts on the nation making it a success through the deliberations on Conference themes and subthemes. Shri C. S. Kothari emphasized on the uses of new technology in day to day life. Dr. Dharmendra Mehta well said that startups were the new jobs for youth besides education the youth will do business & entrepreneurship. The youth will bring Udaipur on the top of the world. Shri Sumati Lal Bohra encouraged on L P G : Liberalization, Privatization & Globalization. India is a land of “Vasudev Kutabham.” The conservation of water & light will be the aforementioned for the youth. He also urged youth not to become addicted with mobile, social sites & computer. On this occasion Institutional Journal “Aishwarya Research Communication Vol. 7” was released by the dignitaries. About 60 selected papers were presented during the technical sessions spanned over three tracks. The theme for technical Paper presentations track 1 was based on Commerce & Management with subthemes as E Commerce, Consumer goods trends, Digital Marketing, Payments Industry Trends, Retail Banking Trends, Digital ecosystems, Expansion Strategies, Telecommunications, Work force Management Trends, Ethics, Tourism, Business Analysis & Project Management with Internet of Things (IoT). Total 17 research papers were presented by the research scholars and students from various universities. Total strength of participants was 55 during the session. The session was chaired by Prof. Anil Kothari, Professor, FMS, Udaipur. The Keynote speech was delivered by Dr. Dharmendra Mehta and Dr. Hina Khan were the special guest of the session. The theme of track 2 was Computer Science & IT including the subthemes as Security & Cryptography, Image Processing, Algorithms, Mobile Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Programming, Biometrics, Information Systems, Applications of Computer Science and Engineering, Reliability & Testing, Network Communications, Data Science and Smart Machines . In this session, total 10 research papers were presented by the participants from various institutions. Total strength of participants was 35 in the session. The session was chaired by Dr. Manju Mandot, Director, Institute of Women Studies, J.R.N.R.V, Udaipur. She also delivered on the topic “E-Governance”. The invited rapporteur of the session was Ms. Khushboo Mantri. Dr. Sunita Bhati, secured First Position with Ms. Neetu Agarwal on Second Position and Mr Kishan Mali was appreciated on the third position in the paper presentation. The technical session III was conducted on 28.11.15. In this session the chair Person was Dr.P.K. Mehta, Principal, Geetanjali Institute of Technology, Airport Road, Dabok, Keynote speaker was Dr. Rekha Bhatt Associate Professor in Chemistry at Government Meera Girls College & Rapporteur was Dr. Manish Bhatnagar, Assistant Professor, Jain Vishbharti Deemed University, Ladnun. Dr Q A Bohora welcomed and introduced the guests. The keynote address was delivered by Prof. Bhatt on evolution of education and Dr Bhatnagar presented invited talk on Idealities of a Teacher. Powerpoint Presentation Competition was organized on the conference theme wherein 13 students participated from various institutions on burning topics. The chief guest was Dr. Meera Mathur who judged the performance of the participants. Students actively participated in the competition and made the most of the opportunity. Dr. Meera Mathur in her address shared on effective presentation skills and congratulated the participants and winners.

After the technical session III & Poster presentation, the Valedictory ceremony was conducted on 28.11.15 where Dr. Roshita Jain welcomed the guests of the Valedictory ceremony. The report on the happenings of the two days National Conference was presented by Dr. Archana Golwakar. Shri V.P.Rathi (CMD, Tempsents Instruments Pvt. Ltd) presided over the ceremony, he has well said the India has power to bring about big changes as it is the country of youth power with one of the major challenge of maintaining quality. The startups are the new horizon among the business & entrepreneurship. The guest of honour was Ms.Priyanka Singh (CEO, Seva Mandir), she rightly emphasized on the education as the tool which can bring revolution in the society. Marking that 90% of growth is controlled by 10% of educated people. Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan organized Hindi Language Quiz competition on 16TH September 2015. The aim of holding the event was to promote the feeling of competition among the students.

The competition was divided into three rounds in which the Questions were comprised of General Knowledge about Hindi language, script, idioms, synonyms & Antonyms in Hindi Language. An essay writing competition was also held on the topic of importance of Hindi language in today’s era.

Talk on Blood Donation and Poster Making Competition, 24th September, 2015 A Talk on Blood Donation and Poster Making Competition was held on 24th Sept. 2015 in Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan. The speaker was Dr. Vandana Chhabra, Medical Officer, MGBH Blood Bank, from RNT Medical College, Udaipur. She told that if you donate one unit blood you can save four lives. Through this talk she motivated the students to donate blood in large numbers. With this talk a Poster Making Competition was also organized for awareness of Blood Donation. Students of B. Com. III Year Ms. Yamini Sharma, Kiran Dangi and Kusum Mali got first position, student of BBM I SEM Ishita Jain got second position and students of BCA II Year Hemant Bhadaktiya and Manoj Tamboli got third position. World Tourism Day, 28th September 2015 On 28th Sep 15 World Tourism Days was celebrated in Aishwarya College of education sans than .the objective of this program to aware the students about the culture, art & values on the environment in which students were told about this event. The program started with the presentation of videos & photo clicked. In the next series the painting competition was started after the presentation. International Day of Non Violence, 5th October - 9th October 2015 From 5th October to 09th October 2015 on the occasion of International day of Non Violence, five days week events were celebrated in Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan. In these events various activities - Brain Storming, Poster Competition, Power Point Presentation, and Essay Writing & Skit were organized. More than 40 students participated in the competitions. First day Brain storming session was conducted. The chief guest was Dr. Jagrati Pareek. Students shared their views. Second day Poster competition was conducted on topic “Clean India” in which chief guest was Raja Ram Vyas (Retired Professor). Third day Power point presentation competition was organized on topic Biography of Gandhi. Ms. Kiran Ranawat judged the participants. Fourth day skit on Moments of Gandhi Life was presented by the students and on the last day an essay writing competition on Relevance of Gandhian thoughts in present context was organized and students wrought their thoughts and views. Aishwarya Goldenshake Senior Citizen Computer club batch started from 5th October 2015 where one month free training of basic and advanced computer knowledge was given to senior citizens with the aim to make them proficient enough in handling computers to meet their basic needs in this area. The well qualified computer science faculty and Aishwarya Rotaract students shared the knowledge with the senior citizens who include basic computer training, online form filling, e- ticketing, e- banking, social networking etc. The senior citizens had a good experience and gave the feedback that computer learning is very helpful to them in today’s global world.

Practical Computer Training in Labs

CSI Quiz Competition 6th October 2015 A written quiz competition at college level was organized by CSI Student Branch Aishwarya on 6th October 2015 as a precursor to the state level Quiz competition on “C Programming”. Students of BCA and PGDCA participated in the Quiz. The written quiz was designed to assess the concepts and programming skills of participants in programming language ‘C’ which was evaluated Dr Sunita Bhati and Dr Anita Bhati. Top four students were Arun Solviya, Vaseem Hussain, Rohit Jain and Prabhu Lal Janwa, who were nominated to participate in the state level Quiz competition scheduled on 10th October 2015. International Congress on Information and Communication Technology 9th October 2015 International Congress on Information and Communication Technology – ICICT 2015 concurrent with National Excellence Awards 2015 was organized by Computer Society of India (CSI) Udaipur Chapter, associated with Association of Computer Machinery (ACM), Agriculture Engineering Division, The Institution of Engineers (India), Mining Engineer’s Association of India (MEAI) and Namibia University of Science and Technology, on October 9 & 10, 2015 in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The main attraction for the CSI Student Members from Aishwarya College was the keynote address delivered two eminent speakers. Dr Hemant Purohit on “Big Data Innovation for Social Impact” wherein they were exposed to IoT, Data deluge, Innovation opportunities, human Behaviour, linguistics along with cases and Modeling behavior for social impact. Prof. Aynur Unal delivered keynote address on “Digital Monozukuri” (Monozukuri is about having a state of mind, the spirit to produce not only excellent products but also have the the ability to constantly improve the production system and its processes), explaining about resource called digitalmonozukuri.com is a way to Open Innovation which is cheaper and faster and opens up opportunities for all. She marked that patenting a new product is far more ahead than writing a research paper further discussing on sustainable secured systems and services including cases of live projects.

It was a memorable learning experience and interaction with the august gathering.

CSI State level Intercollegiate Technical Quiz Competition on “C Programming” 10th Oct.15 A State level Intercollegiate technical Quiz competition on “C Programming” was held on 10th October 2015, organized by CSI student Branch at Aishwarya Institute of Management & IT, Udaipur, Rajasthan under CSI Region III. Higher Education Institutions in the state of Rajasthan were invited to nominate teams from B. Tech, B. Sc (Comp. Sci.), BCA and PGDCA programmes for participation in the Quiz Competition with an objective of recognizing the young talent. The Program was graced by the luminous presence of Dr Anirban Basu (CSI Vice President cum President Elect) was the Chief Guest, Ms Kriti Joshi (Developer and Designer, Secure Meters) was the Special Guest and the guest of honour was Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha (Senior Developer Xavoc Technocrats Pvt. Ltd.) besides Mr Gowrav Vishwakarma (Director Xavoc Technocrats Pvt. Ltd) who was present online. The program began by Welcoming and introducing Guests by Ms Neelam Joshi followed by lighting of the lamps. Dr Archana Golwalkar (CSI SBC) shared about the functioning of the CSI Student Branch and its achievements stating the objective of the Technical Quiz Competition. There were 28 students in 14 teams who joined the Quiz Competition and gave a strong fight. The Quiz comprised of three rounds – Round I - MCQ’s, Round II - Rapid Fire and Round III – Brain Drilling, which were conducted by Dr Sunita and Dr Anita Bhati. The winners were Mansi & Pragati from MLV textile and Engineering College, Bhilwara and the runners up were Himanshu Pandey and Neha Joshi from Vidhya Bhawan Rural Institute, Udaipur, they received Certificates, Trophies and Cash Prizes from the distinguished guests. Response from audience was also appreciated. In the Chief Guest’s address Dr Basu congratulated all the participants coming from various parts of the state and encouraged further participation in activities at National and International Level. He focused on the need association with bodies like Computer Society of India and boosted the audience and dignitaries present to promote CSI Membership while updating on various initiatives taken up by CSI. Mr Gowrav Vishwakarma interacted with the students online and shared with them about the upcoming technology NoSQL. The program ended with the memento presentation to the guests and vote of thanks by Vasim Hussain.

“Beti Bachao and Beti Padao, 19th October 2015 On 19th October 2015 a session on “Beti Bachao and Beti Padao”was conducted. The speaker was B. K. Bhartiya and Neeta Bhartiya. The speakers showed the condition of girl child in the world especially in the developing and under developed countries. They told the students that people should welcome the girl child with open hands and save their lives and also made the students to take an oath to fight against the female feticide, celebrate the birth of girl and educate them. The guests briefed about the rights of the female and also told about the laws made to protect the rights of girl child. They expressed their views by presenting photos and videos also. Program anchoring was done by Students. Road Safety Awareness Program 28th October, 2015 A Road Safety awareness programme and Poster making Competition was organized Vodafone Telecommunication Company on 28th October 2015 in Aishwarya College. Mr. Manish (Admin) Vodafone gave the overall view of safety awareness. Mr. Chirag Lakhani showed the PPT presentation in which he discussed with the students about accidents and their causes. Through the video he showed the causes and remedies on accidents. In the end the winner of Poster making competition, Bhavesh Jagid was awarded.

Under the banner of “Employees Provident Fund Organization, Ministry of Labor & Employment, Govt.of India Vigilance.” In ACES on 29th Oct 15 the awareness Elocution was organized on “Moving towards a corruption free Society” the students gave their views on corruption. The students’ agreed on the point that India must be free from Corruption. The students gave the details of current corruption cases with examples. The First Cash Prize of Rs.1000/- was given to Dhruv Sharma, the Second Cash Prize of Rs.750/- was given to Abhilasha and the third Cash Prize of Rs.500/was given to Nadeem. Mr. J. L. Nagda Personal Assistant gave his views on Corruption and by Mr. Arun Kumar Regional Commissioner highlighted on the new adamant polices on Corruption and online claim and appeals. Protsahan-II Teachers Award-2nd April 16

On 2nd April 16, Protsahan II Teachers Award was organized in Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan. The award was given to the subject teachers of Private and Government schools of Udaipur Zone. “Aagaz – A Stage for Smart City performers” program was organized in collaboration with Action Udaipur; the co sponsorers are Dr. Sweety Chabra (NICC) and Mr.Mukesh Madhwani (Ashoka Palace). The supportive sponsors were Union Bank of India and La Perle Thai Spa, Rock on Band, Creation group officers also joined the press conference. On Foundation Day, 11th May prize distribution ceremony and Celebrity Night was organized at its new campus, near RTO Office, Chitrakoot Extension Udaipur. Prof. A. N. Mathur, the Group Director of Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan said that Aishwarya College is the first academic Institute to take the lead for the cause and create committed services for the cause of smart city. The main aim of the program is to encourage the citizens' contribution towards growth of the city, transformation, connecting them with each other, and provide better visibility to every citizen’s initiatives in developing smart city. All units of the Institution coordinated for successful organization of the event. Prof. Mathur told various competitions/events were organized to inspire, motivate and promote youth hidden talents for overall development of their personality. Prof. D.S. Chundawat, the Principal of Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan briefed about the events to be held from 7th – 11th May 2016. On 7th May District Government Officers will elegant the Inaugural Ceremony of the program which was followed by debate competition on the topic “My Smart City in 2025”. On 8th May 2016 various competitions for children were organized: for 1 – 5 years age group children Healthy Baby, Funny face photo, Fancy dress competition, Smart Artist (Drawing on Smart City). For 5- 10 years age group One minute Smart game, Handwriting competition, Drawing competition, Smart-Guess Who?, Smart Artist (Drawing on Smart City). For 10-15 years Smart Jhankar ( Instrument playing), Slogan competition, Smart Quiz on smart city, Smart Artist (Drawing on Smart City), smart City chef. On 9th May 2016 Graffiti competition was held for which Udaipur administration provided railway Training Institution Wall, the theme of the painting was Smart City nature scene. The age group for this competition is 10-15 years, 15-25 years. On 10th May 2016 the age group for competition is 10-15 years, 15-25 years and competitions took place Smart Collage Exhibition using smart city Udaipur photos, smart joke cracking, smart face painting, smart rap music (solo & group ), smart dancer (solo & group) Smart Fashion, smart city chef. The last day of “Aagaz – A Stage for Smart City performers” 11th may, the foundation day of the Institution was the most eye-catching event; the institution hosted Celebrity Night. World Environment day-Tree Plantation 5th June 2015 A tree plantation was done by the students and staff members at the upcoming campus Chitrakoot nagar extension on 5th June 2016. Different species of trees were planted and all took the oath to plant more and more for making the new campus green and eco friendly. International Yoga Day 21st June 2016 On International Yoga Day 21st June 2016 Yoga Training session was conducted for all the students, teaching and non - teaching staff members. The Yoga trainer Ms. Kirti Rathod started the session by meditation and thereafter various Yoga asanas like Pranayam, Surya Namaskar, kapal Bharti, Anulom Vilom etc was done by the students and staff members. Ms. Kirti described about the relation of yoga poses with physical and mental health and benefits of Yoga. A query session was held where the audience had interaction with Ms. Rathod about their health problems.

Training and Placement Cell A Training & Placement Bureau works under Mr. Bhupendra Rajwania. The institute has sent many letters to various industries for the training and placement of students and has done MOU agreement with some organizations for conducting training, workshops and placement for the students. Industrial Tour to IIM Ahemdabad 6th September 2015 The students were pretty excited to get the opportunity to visit the prestigious management school of India. During the visit the students came to know about IIM Ahemdabad management institute teaching learning process, they learned the concept of solving the case study in a better way, they got information about ICT based advanced learning tools. The IIM faculty was very much supportive and the students got the opportunity to interact with them. The students shared their views with the students of IIM.

During the visit the students also got the chance to attend a full day workshop was conducted on 7th September 2015 at Ahemdabad Management Association on Youth Empowerment Programme, where the students from the institution also participated. The speakers of the session had the discussions on emerging youth power of India, types of youth empowerment program running across the country, required skills of empowering youth, strategies for empowering youth and overcoming weaknesses.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES Orientation Week 20th July to 25th July 2015 On session commencement Student Orientation Week was from 20th July to 25th July. In this week on first day 20th July of new students was done by senior students. After this all faculty members gave their introduction to students. At the end of session games was played by students. On the second day 21st July Course objective and outcome was decided by Course Coordinators. On third day 22nd July cell information was given by cell in charges. In this series on forth day 23rd July Student rules & regulations were decided, CSI and research information was given by Dr. Archana Golwalkar. On fifth day 24th July Library and lab rules are described and on last day 25th July feedback forms were filled by students and there was query session also.

Students from BCA, BBM and B. Com participated in the orientation programme with the faculty members. The objective of the session was to make the students familiar with the initiatives taken by the institution in the area of Research, Consultancy and Extension by sharing with them various research based activities and publications like journals and Newsletters; MoU's, Collaboration with CSI - CSI Student Branch, UCCI, Golden Shake club - Rotaract, consultancy and extension activities. Eligibility, process and benefits followed of student membership were discussed.

Student’s participation was called for in the activities and events planned for the year with the objective of all round development of the students which further contributes to progress of state and the nation. In the direction to make the students market ready initiatives such as Short term training programmes, e learning & Certification, internship and trainings for exposure to latest technological trends. An opportunity to develop global competitiveness is given by providing a platform at local/state/national/International Seminars, workshops, Conferences, Competitions, Student Conventions and more. Kalam Ko Salam 15th August 2016 On the sad demise of Hona’ble President and great scientist Dr. A.P.J. kalam the college contributed to become a co host of the event organized at lakecity mall. Various competitions were organized during the event and tribute was given to late Dr. kalam. Birthday Celebration The College started a new initiative this year every month “Birthday Celebration” ceremony of the students was hosted by the college. At the end of every month all students birthday which falls in the each month was celebrated by the college. The ceremony was glorified by the event “Anuranjanee” in which instrumental and vocal artist of the city gave their performance which was followed by cake –cutting and refreshment. Teachers Day Celebration 5th September 2015 On the birthday of the world’s greatest teacher Dr. Sarva Palli Radhakrishnan teachers day celebration was organized by the students. Lightning of the lamp was done by the Chief Guest Mr. Faiyaz Ahmed a well known music teacher. He explained the reasons for celebrating Teachers Day. Through Indian custom the students welcomed their teachers and showed their gratitude towards their teachers. The Annual Day of Aishwarya College of Education Sansthan was celebrated on 16th February 2016. The Chief Guest of the programme was Sayed Abdul Vase and Dr. Sweety Chabbra, Special guest was Dr. Pradeep Kumawat. The programme started with Ganesh Vandana and Deep Prajjavalan. The verbal welcome of the guest was given by the Principal Prof, D.S. Chundawat. The students gave heart throbbing performances like folk dances, Retro theme dance, Govinda Dance, Solo song, Group dances and the fashion show on Indian and Western theme was the most eye catching event. The Alumni Meet was also the most awaited attraction of the evening, around 35 alumni students laurel the occasion, shared their views about college and performed cultural events. Farewell Party 17th February 2016 A Farewell party was organized by the 1st & 2nd Year Students for the final year students. As a token of good luck and wishes for the future the juniors organized a grand evening, the eve started by the Nagada Dance Procession of Seniors. The juniors performed marvelous dance, song, instrument, joke cracking cultural events. The pass out students made a short movie “Ye Pal Part II” which showed their memories of the years they enjoyed in the college. The chief guest of the occasion was Dr. Gaurav Joshi, Asst. Professor Pacifiv University, he shared his experiences of college life and gave the best wishes to pass out students for their future. The final year students expressed their experience of college life and showed their gratitude towards teachers by dedicating song. The evening ended with refreshment and dance party.

Wall Paper, Posters & Collages: The students bring out a wall paper, posters and collages which highlight current academic, technical and development news. During the academic year poster and collage making competition is organized every year on different theme, in this session the themes for wall papers were based on Environment, Science, and Vision 2020 etc. E -Wall News Bulletin: The wall paper is based on the news appearing in Newspapers, magazines, TV News and technical bulletins. The students curiously read the wall paper. The students have brought out several wall papers from July 2015 to June 2016.During this academic year 14 e-wall news bulletin were made by the students on themes like Investment And Banking Sector, IT News, Quotations, General Awareness, Women Empowerment, History, Digital world etc.

Newsletters: The e-Newsletter “Fragrance” is published every month and contains pictorial coverage of the activities of the institution during the month. It also highlights the achievements of the students in academic and extracurricular activities. A technical and few short articles by the students and staff are also included in the newsletter. During the year under report, 09 issues of the Newsletter have been brought out. Journal: The institution through the ACES publishes a Journal Aishwarya Research Review which has subscriptions of 75. The frequency of the journal is six monthly and during the year one issue has been published. Examinations: The institute conducts two midterm examinations and special tutorials for the year round assessment of the students. The marks for the internal assessments are given on the basis of these exercises and also on the basis of regularity in practical classes and submission of the practical record. The entire exercise is done in total transparent manner and the students know their performance and assessment. The university examinations are conducted by the MLS University as per Calendar notified. There has been improvement of the performance of the performance of the students. The institute staff makes extra efforts for further improvement of the result. The teachers hold regular remedial classes on the demand of the students, even for small number to remove their difficulties. Also the students are given practice of solving university exanimation’s question papers of previous years. These efforts have brought good results, which is visible through progressive improvement of the performance of the students.

Affiliating University Inspection Team: The team visited for BSC Course inspection on 19th August 2015 and went through the entire facilities and verified the facts on the basis of the Compliance Report.

The institute has prepared plans for taking up following during the next report period:

Library: it is proposed to provide the additional facilities on use on ITC learning and procurement of CDs of expert’s talks.

Recruitment of faculty: The institute proposes to recruit the senior and other faculty in accordance to UGC norms. The efforts to be made include the visit to various institutions of repute and to hold discussions to attract P.G. students to join as faculty

Organization of Seminars: It proposes to seek financial support from the agencies like DST, MHRD, INSA, UGC etc. for organization of one seminar in each major discipline.

Language Lab: The facilities will be open to the students, planning to pursue Higher studies in National & International Institution of repute, for which additional software will procured if required.

The institution has not proposed any addition expenditure for starting of new programme, increase in intake in any programme, construction and setting up of new laboratories, except the annual maintenance.
