From Joe Pitts, Congressman

“For the staff and volunteers of CCWS, ‘choose life’ is more than a slogan. They actively help a woman bring her child into this world by ministering to her both spiritually and physically. The ministry is also about building strong families that have the tools to raise children well. For CCWS, choosing life means supporting families for a lifetime.”

Dear Friends and Partners of CCWS Medical:

“Then Samuel took a stone … and named it Ebenezer saying, ‘Thus far has the Lord helped us’” (1 Samuel 7:12-13)

It is with gratitude and great joy that I want to share the Ebenezer Stones that CCWS Medical collected through the years, as testimonies of God’s help and support to our ministry…

1985: The doors were opened at the original center in Thorndale. 1998: CCWS purchased 1028 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville. 2002: CCWS was offered a new Ultrasound machine for the West Chester office. 2007: CCWS purchased 27 S. Church Street, West Chester. 2012: New Ultrasound was funded for the Coatesville office. 2013: Kennett Square expansion opened with renting on 645 E. Baltimore Pike. 2013: Ultrasound machine was donated to the Kennett Square office.

As this Annual Report highlights the 2012 story of CCWS Medical, I want to express my personal appreciation for all your assistance, love, and support. I want to thank and recognize the financial generosity and spiritual commitment of individuals, groups, and partnering churches. Your faithful friendship and financial support provides us with the opportunity to come alongside abortion minded/vulnerable teens and women in the Chester County Area. With my faith placed in His power and divine intervention, I want to share with you an important request that is found in 1 Samuel 7:8, “Do not stop crying out to the Lord our God for us…” In such times like this that we live, help us to show Jesus in our community to those in need. Partner with us to defend those who cannot speak for themselves. I prayerfully ask for your continued support during 2013 and beyond.

CCWS Medical is grateful for your partnership and humbled

by your giving.

We continually pray for His stewardship in all that He has

allowed us to receive.

From Jim Ford, Good Will Director, Coatesville

“Many people spend a great deal of time on things that don't really matter. The staff and volunteers at CCWS are not in that group. They spend their time on things that matter the most . . . sharing the love of Jesus and saving lives. It is an honor and privilege to have supported their mission for the last 20 years. I know my gifts are making a difference in the lives of people who need help.”

“Delaware County Pregnancy Center recognizes the important services CCWS has provided to pregnant women and families with young children in their community. Within this collaborative process Delaware County Pregnancy Center will continue to make referrals to CCWS and interact where appropriate to broaden the lines of communication and facilitate co-management of cases.”

From Tishiema Lacy, Executive Director Delaware County Pregnancy Center

From Phil Vandenberg, Board President

“As president of the Board of CCWS I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all of our donors and to all of our volunteers and staff for your loyalty and support for this ministry. The most important thing to remember is that whatever we do would be absolutely useless if it were not for God's divine intercession, and without your continuous prayers for His wisdom, guidance and protection, we would not be able to fulfill our mission of saving babies and bringing the mothers and fathers to Christ. The blessings that God has poured out on us this year have re-affirmed our belief that we are doing what He wants us to do according to His will. When you stop to think about it, the entire experience is truly humbling and you really see how awesome our God is. Soli Dio Gloria.” Shopping our parenting closet for supplies, with points

In Her Own Words: Medical Client Testimony

“When I found out I was pregnant last year, I was going through a crisis in my life: I had three children at home, I was starting a new job, and I was in the process of leaving my husband. I considered an abortion, but I thought of the love I have for my other three children and just wasn’t sure what to do. Tamara counseled me and I felt that, with help, it would be possible to cope with my situation and not have to take the life of my baby. I decided to deliver my baby even though I knew my health would be at risk. I also decided to reconcile with my husband, and because of financial difficulties, we could not pay for heat that winter. Tamara took care of us. She found a way to provide donations for the cost of heat, which was a big help for us. My baby had to be induced early because of complications, and I also had complications and had to stay in the hospital longer. Because of this my husband was not able to work and we did not have money to pay for rent or food. Tamara once again worked with us and found donors who supplied all of our needs. I can’t thank the people at CCWS enough, because without their help and the help of people who support them, I would not have chosen life for my baby. Thank you.”
