PROGRAM DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE

It is the intent of the North Carolina Chapter ACR to provide practicing radiologists, and other health care professionals involved in diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases with a review ofcurrent concepts in breast imaging with an emphasis on a practical approach, while also introducing emerging concepts within this specialty from the perspective of whether and how these newer concepts are integrated into current accepted practice. This information will be presented through a series of didactic lectures, question & answer sessions and optional reading sessions and will be presented over a single weekend for the convenience of the participants.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT

Continuing Education Credit will be based on the following criteria:Accreditation Statement: CMC-NorthEast is accredited by the North Carolina Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.Credit Statement: CMC-NorthEast designates this educational activity for a maximum of 16 AMA/PRA Category I creditsTM.
