and Club Membership Fees. Other allied charges as applicable shall be payable as and when

demanded.

3. If at the time of Booking any one or more of Construction stages mentioned in payment plan

has already been completed the total amount payable in respect of such stage(s) shall have to

be paid within 45days from the date of Booking.

4. Under Construction linked payment plan installments will become due as per construction status

achieved at the site irrespective of the serial order mentioned above.
