THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME
This programme aims at increasing the
awareness in connection with such economic problems
with a social dimension as unfair distribution of income,
the problem of unemployment, corruption and poverty,
and seeks to find the ways of solving them.
The programme also aims at the evaluation of
weak points of the financial structure, which cause
economic crises. Having brought to the agenda
production and competition problems, which currently
exist in the free market economy, the programme looks
for offering different alternatives for their successful
solution.
The objectives of the programme also include
the evaluation of existing and future demands for
different regulations within the global economic structure
in the frame of new approaches and the definition of the
future global economic order. Having considered the
aspect of moral values in the economy, the programme
also aims at analyzing the benefits they can bring.

THE VISION OF THE PROGRAMME
To introduce a more efficient and functional
global economic order, which is free from economic
problems of the financial structure, as well as from
problems at the socioeconomic level hindering normal
functioning of the economy; an order, which can meet
all the requirements of the changing world order, and
which is closely interrelated with moral values.
THE AIMS OF THE PROGRAMME
Having estimated the global economic order
in the context of current situation, including actual for
the existence of this order economic problems and
social issues, as well as in terms of future prospects
and the influence of future-oriented policies, the forum
aims at defining the structure of the global economic
order within the global economy which constantly
changes with the changing world order, and which is
open to different new approaches with solid
substructure.

For the moment, the existence of such
economic problems with a social dimension as
unfair distribution of income, the problem of
unemployment, corruption and poverty is obvious.
In order to solve such problems, which are the
result of shortcomings of the economic structure,
first there is a need for thorough examination of the
factors, after which the necessary measures must
be taken.
The introduction of different viewpoints on
economic issues increases the number of possible
policies, which in turn increases the probability of
success. From this point of view, the forum will
provide an opportunity to discuss the economic
issues with a social aspect, as well as problems of
the financial system, the system of income
distribution, and problems of production and
competition, and it will help to find possible
solutions to these problems.

The fact that the world economic order
changes alongside with the changing world
order is undeniable. For the sustainability of the
future global economic order, it is necessary to
have a good understanding of the economic
order, which existed in the past and exists
today, as well as to analyze the economic
demands that will arise in future, and the ways
they can be satisfied. To this end, during the
forum there will be discussed the regulations
which will be in need for the future global
economic order.
And finally, within the forum the
economic issues will be considered within the
frame of moral values, and in this connection it
will be assessed what the moral dimension
gave or can give to the world economic order,
characterized by strict laws.

PROBABLE RESULTS OF THE PROGRAMME
The independent existence of modern
countries is directly connected to their economic
strength. High functionality, sustainability and
competitiveness of their economies raise the
importance of their voice within the global economy.
If you look at the economic order from the
point of view of global economy, you will surely see
problems at different levels. While the debt crisis in
Europe points to the shortcomings of the financial
system, the inequity of income distribution in
different developing countries is an example of
numerous economic problems with a social aspect.
One of the results of this programme will
be the introduction of different points of view on
solving global economic problems. A wide range of
proposals for problem solution makes this process
easier and faster.

The world economic order changes
alongside with the changing world order. In the
course of this programme there will be
reviewed the processes which resulted in new
necessary regulations, and it will provide
better understanding of needs that may arise
in future.
Moreover, during the programme
there will be considered the benefits brought to
the economy, humanity, environment and
countries by the coexistence of economy and
moral values within one frame; there will also
be emphasized the need to attach great
importance to moral values within the global
economic order ruled by strict laws.
