Corrective Action Preventive Action
1. Unlock BCF/ BTS/ TRX from Software. 1. Engineer should take care while locking and unlocking BCF/ BTS/
TRX.

1.Check the transmission path between the base
station and the transcoder.
1. Before patching make ensure there is no errors on corresponing
TCSM and check loop break test too.
1.Ensure the cabinet door is properly closed and
secured.
1.After completion of job, lock the cabinet properly.
1. Connect the BTS Manager to the BTS and
then properly exit from the BTS.
1. Instead of directly quiting from the BTS manager, go to File menu and
then click the exit option on it to eliminate this alarm.
1.Check the mains supply.
2.If the mains supply is OK, check the cabling
between the BTS and the BBUx.
3.If the cabling is OK, replace the BBUx.
