- Constant and unrelenting sending of

offensive, insulting, rude and harassingmessages over the Internet or cell phone to

the cyber bullied victim

- Taking on a false identity and pretending to

be the victim

- Use of aggressive and abrasive forms of

intimidation by using vulgar and angry

language with the intent to start a fight withanother person

6. Tet !essaging

- ending messages to the victim!s cellphone, thus increasing phone bills and

getting them into trouble

using it to log into other person’s sites, locking

them out, and allowing others to hack the account

PROCEDURE

The (ffice of tudent )ffairs, being the

*iscipline (ffice of the College, will follow this

procedure+

. )ll proceedings should be done in writing and

shall include the complaints, responses,

memoranda, recommendations, decisionsand ecerpts of all parties.



PROCEDURE

. The aggrieved party will address his#her

written complaint to the tudent )ffairs /ead.

)long with his#her complaint is a print screenof the website used in cyber bullying.

0. The (ffice of tudent )ffairs will issue a

notice to the person being complained,asking him#her to answer the complaints of

the aggrieved party.



PROCEDURE

1. (nce the person being complained submits

his#her statement, the (ffice of tudent

)ffairs will form a "rievance Committeewhich is composed of the following+ tudent

)ffairs /ead, College *ean, 2aculty

3epresentative, and an (fficer of the tudent

Council %ecutive 4oard.



PROCEDURE

5. The Committee will study the complaint if the

remarks made on the Internet falls under any of

the categories of the forms of cyber bullyingmentioned above.

6. The "rievance Committee shall initiate a dialogue

between the two parties. In the dialogue, the

Committee will listen to the different arguments ofboth parties. The Committee will make its

recommendations.



PROCEDURE

If the person being complained was proven

guilty under the 7)nti-Cyber 4ullying )ct8, the

(ffice will implement the following sanctions+9 $robation : if the offense made demeaned or

disrespected a student, faculty, staff,

administrators or the College itself. )ll other

sanctions will follow the tudent /andbook
