Aviva Makes Your Event Spectacular!

Our Aviva Chefs create an array of freshly, prepared, delicious menu selections each andevery day for our guests. Our Aviva Express state of the art kitchen offers a full menu

designed for all of your special occasions:  social celebrations of all types, corporate events,office luncheons, graduation parties, showers, birthday parties, dinner parties, and more.

Our team will deliver your planned menu selections, or you can simply pick them up wrappedand ready at our Aviva Express store. We provide full set ups using high quality serving

utensils, soup/salad bowls, appetizer plates, dinner plates, and rolled flatware upon yourrequest. Chafing dishes are available for your use along with canned fuel. We will provide you

with a supply of take home containers upon your request as well.

An 18% service fee will be added to the final invoice when Aviva staff is to assist with the setup of your catered event. We have dedicated servers and bartenders to help make your event

extraordinary. If staff is to remain onsite for service throughout your event a fee of $27.50per hour will be assessed for each staff member, a minimum of four hours is required.

Additional gratuity at your discretion.

Wire chafing dishes are available for your use along with canned fuel at $5.00 per set.

Rentals

For any additional rental needs we have partnered with local premier rental companies. Should yourevent need any specialty items such as tents, tables, chairs, linens and china; we will utilize ourrelationship to ensure that you have everything needed for your event. Make sure you request

these items when booking your event to ensure their availability.

Private Party in the Lounge

Ask about utilizing our restaurant or lounge space at Aviva for your event. The perfect space forevents of 20-50 people.

Fees and Payments

Let Aviva Come to You

Aviva has dedicated delivery vans. A preparation/service fee of10% will be added to every catering. An additional $10.00

delivery fee will be added to all orders delivered within a 10 mileradius of our store.

Aviva can bring a full bar to your event as well! Full bar servicecan be added for $75.00 each set up plus cost of all alcoholic

beverages mixers and bartenders fees.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

A final guest count is due 72 hours prior to your event and a20% deposit is required at the time the final guest count is

provided. Your deposit will be taken by cash or credit card andheld in the form of an Aviva gift card to be applied toward your

final invoice. The guaranteed guest count will be used to prepare the invoice. Should the number of guestsexceed your guarantee we will add the additional guests number

to your final invoice and prepare accordingly.

Should you have to cancel your event we ask for a 72 hournotice of cancellation. Cancellations between 72- 48 hours will

result in the customer losing their 20% deposit. Anycancellations under 48 hours will be required to pay Aviva for

50% of the event.

All food and beverage services pick up or delivery are taxed atthe current rate of 7%. Non-profits must provide a tax-exempt

form.

Wire chafing dishes are available for your use along with cannedfuel at $5.00 per set.

We accept all forms of payment. Corporate checks, AmericanExpress, Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards and of course

cash.
