The MXM and the GM talk daily and understand the importance of teamwork. We are all there to make a difference in people's lives. JAMBOOM on that! We utilize BodyWorkz to provide us with accurate reporting for lead tracking and for renewals. This allows us to keep track of EVERY SINGLE MEMBER. How we build our culture:

Member management- How are you doing with that? Can better PT processes help? BodyWorkz

believes it can, due to the nature of the relationship between new members and personal training.

BodyWorkz has preached for years the value of getting new members engaged with a trainer at point of sale

(POS). That recommendation has not changed, but we want you to add another ingredient to your secret

sauce…..effective Prospecting.

Too many times, clubs become focused on member acquisition and forget about the other steps needed to

hold on to that member for the long term….integration, engagement and ultimately renewal. Gaining new per-

sonal training clients, as most trainers can attest, is largely dependent on knowing how to find them. As luck

would have it, by focusing on the integration, engagement and renewal of a member, we acquire personal

training clients. It is a symbiotic relationship...It’s all about TEAM.

Prospecting is returning to those members, those who have received an FC, and those who have not, and re-

engaging with them on a consistent basis to build trust, accountability, the potential for more sales and to re-

duce attrition.

In our recently added webinar “Prospecting”, Karl Hanson goes through the process of effective prospecting,

and following a member through their lifecycle to create better results for them, as well as raving fans and

committed members for you. In this 60 minute advanced webinar, Karl talks about knowing a member’s

FORM, using the hot prospecting feature to follow up in 7, 30, 60, or

90 days, and using the club’s non-usage report to save a member

who may be considering leaving you.

NEW Permission

Agreement- Auto Renew Automatically- For all of you who use and appreciate the auto-renew function, this new

permission will allow you to set your trainers or managers up to auto renew clients automatically, rather than have

to choose the option. When someone is provided this permission, and they write an agreement.

Additional upgrades to this feature to follow.

Change to HOW Group Training is Rendered

For group sessions, that were previously restricted to primary trainer rendering only, We are happy to an-

nounce a fix…..

Now, any trainer listed as a group trainer (primary or secondary) is able to render group training sessions

via the back office render feature.
