Session: Smart Technology in Classrooms Room: W-53 Presenters: Zuberi Moore, Dion Sloan & Yoseph Demissie (IT Division) Description: This session will provide an overview of Virtual Desktop Client technologies in classrooms. Cia has a B.S. in psychology from Kansas State University, an M.S.W. from The University of Connecticut, and an Ed.D. from Harvard University. Her book, Bandwidth Recovery, was published in 2017. Cia Verschelden is the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at

Session: Empowering Students Using The Student Success ToolkitRoom: EPAC 6Presenters: Brian Singleton (Assistant to the Chancellor,Student Success) & Therese Maggioncalda (The Information Center)Description: The student success toolkit is a one-stop location of resources for students,

faculty, and staff to promote student success. The toolkit is expected to be the

definitive collection of tools and tips that make increased student success

possible for any student. Faculty & staff will also have a one-stop shop in

recommending support services to students they are advising.
