A New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner awaits celebrators at The Foundry Restaurant, the hotel’s award winning steakhouse and all day dining venue. The restaurant’s exquisite buffet will feature live stations, a diverse assortment of treats, bubbly and deluxe canapés on arrival on 31 December 2015 from 8:00pm onwards. Families and friends can later head to the rooftop party where a DJ will be spinning popular party tracks to welcome the New Year on a musical note. Guests can also look forward to singing and dancing the night away to
Auld Lang Syne until 3:00am.
