The Theme for this quilt show is “Stories that Quilts Can Tell.” There are so many quilts out there that receive no documentation, so the history behind why the quilt was made, who it was for, when it was made, and thoughts behind making the quilt are lost throughout the course of time. Every quilt and quilter has a story behind why it was made or why the person started quilting. So with each of your Entries in the “Stories that Quilts Can Tell” Quilt Show we want you to attach the story of why you made the quilt, what you learned, was it for someone special, and how you became a quilter! Let’s make sure our quilts are always remembered and documented.
