• Click Mail on Menu Bar • Click Address Book

JMAX ADDRESS BOOK

WRITE MAIL

• Click WRITE to open an email form.

Add addresses

• Add from email received is best

• Click Add Address• AOL addresse will be

on top email line

Other add should be placed on 2nd line.

• Enter other info, home add, phone #,etc.

GROUP ADDRESS

• Click Group• Give the group a name,

e.g golf• Select names from

address book or• Enter all names into the

Addition Contacts placing a comma between each

• Send an email to all in the group, click Group Name and select Blind Copy. Note ( ) before and after group of names.

• Place your own name in the Send To box

EDIT GROUP• Click group name to

remove a name

Click the person to be removed and del

• Add a name, copy new address from email and paste into the Additional Contacts box, placing a comma after the name

• Select SAVE

ADDRESS BOOK OPTIONS• Auto Add addresses as first email is received Auto Send

email with your add info to each person added to your address book

• Auto receive info from new addresses added to address book

• Click Address Book Manage to select info to send• Click Sync to use Plaxo to sync with palm pilot

PRINT ADDRESS BOOK• Click add bk options

and select PRINT• Choose Select

Contacts or All• Select Complete, prints

all info• Summary, prints key

info • Label-Avery5160, prints

address, size of return address label

SAVE AOL ORGANIZE FOLDER• Saves, addresses, email in PFC & Favorites
