requirements for infant formula producers in nine areas, including

product safety control, purchase of raw materials, formula product

inspection, manufacturing process and product traceability.

Challenges

• Beingmate had already built a product tracking

system, however all the manufacturing process data

is by manual input.

• 贝因美已经建成了全产业链的追踪追溯系统。但是在生产环节的工艺数据都是基于手工录入，数据的及时性和准确性亟待提高。

实施流程范围

• Rockwell提供的MES系统在贝因美中国安达工厂实施，与工厂建设同步。

• MES系统通过接收总部ERP系统的生产计划，完成分解详细生产计划，分配具体生产资源，完成生产调度与生产执行，实现物料及产品的过程数据采集，最后通过批记录的形式完成生产分析。MES作为连接设备与ERP的中间层，实时掌握生产计划与生产实绩的变化并通过真实的设备数据指导生产。

贝因美MES的亮点 配方精细核算

a. 根据基本配方，结合批次指标，在每料次生产前进行精细核算，即按照每物料每批次的蛋白、脂肪、干物质三个关键指标的配方需求量计算出批次物料的计划消耗量。并将计划消耗量下发给设备控制系统。

b. 减少人为计算的差错，并且提高成品质量合格率。

产品批次定义

a. 根据四效蒸发器的使用频次定义产品批次，即每次四效蒸发器的生产起停均代表一个产品批次。避免出现相同批次产品的微生物指标的差异过大。做到批次管理精细化

产品包装码定义

a. 每包装码由产品批次与吨次、袋次组成，由人为定义基粉包装码改为由MES

与打码系统协作定义包装码，极大减少前后两个基粉批次在包装过程中的人为定义包装码的差错。

指定高架库出库目标位置

a. 避免原料出库过程中人为指定目标位置的差错，降低仓库人员工作强度并提升工作效率。

Results

• 贝因美MES项目建成了集成的生产指挥平台，在贝因美公司信息化总体规划框架下，以成熟的Rockwell MES软件平台技术为手段，参照国际乳制品行业的最佳实践，重点实现了全物料的生产追溯，生产调度自动化，同时兼顾生产管理、质量管理等功能。

• 项目中MES与ERP,WMS的流程整合，系统配方与生产设备的自动集成与各关键工艺点的物料防差错作为一套完整MES系统的技术创新点，在中国乳粉行业处于领先水平，真正打通了原有的ERP层与设备控制层的信息孤岛并由于消除了人工记录等因素的影响，生产数据真实。为打造贝因美的“数字化工厂”奠定基础
