Integrated Portfolio Services Sales Lead - APAC 1 What this job involves A Proactive Approach You’ll be a self-starter with a clear vision of developing a successful sales team. You’ll build a pipeline of new business opportunities. You’ll be commercially savvy, and be accountable delivering go to market strategies for the IPS business across APAC. This includes Lease Administration, Workplace & Occupancy Planning, Consultancy & Transactions Management. Foster Collaboration You’ll work in a cohesive way across departments – leveraging JLL’s local, regional and global relationships and network. You’ll also partner with Marketing to develop top-notch collaterals which communicate our value proposition, products and knowledge to our clients. Being a Leader Lead from the front delivering results, but also listening and supporting the team. You’ll coordinate sales training for the team helping them achieve their ambitions. This includes 1- 2 direct reports and matrix report team members. You will be bold in building sales synergies across alternative Corporate Solutions product offerings including Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Project & Development Services (PDS).
