- In 2013, a group deal was signed with Terminal Investment Limited (TIL), for implementing API PRO in all green field terminals and selected other terminals

- TIL, with MSC as majority share holder, invests in, develops and actively manages container terminals around the world, often in joint ventures with other major terminal operatiors

- TIL = 29 operating and development terminals in 21 countries

- API PRO plays a central role in getting the most out of TIL’s investment in assets
