DISCOVER COLOMBIA - ERES - WITH EIA

This project aims to educate children and teenagers in sexual education empowering them to make free and informed choices that reduce the risk of teen pregnancy (embarazo adolescente) and that are consistent with their life plan.

-What is your main motivation to be part of this OC and why you want your next step in AIESEC will it?-In a video of max 5 minutes (in the most creative way possible) explain what you are willing to do for the project and what is your commitment today to the end of the project.-Develop your own SWOT matrix, explaining in more detail your personal and professional characteristics.

-What is your main motivation to work on this project? -Make a video of maximum 5 minutes where you announce what could be the main personal challenge your new role (Do it In the most creative way). -Imagine your trainees are not satisfied with the OC manage-ment and they decided not to work one week. Propose 2 strategies to make them work again.-Imagine you have 3 weeks to collect COP$ 1.500.000. List and describe 3 fundraising strategies to achieve the goal.
