THERMAL MANAGEMENT Ensure your production system operates within safe thermal limits for production fluids and material qualifications from start-up to shutdown. Apollo specialises in using CFD to model thermal behaviour of complex systems e.g. SPS to topsides equipment including rupture events. Apollo devises mitigation strategies including detailed insulation schemes, direct electrical heating, pipe-in-pipe systems and chemical remediation (requirements and dosing) to attain production.

SLUG MITIGATION Apollo maximises your hydrocarbon production by providing slug suppression strategies that troubleshoot existing pipelines, and slug mitigation solutions to reduce slug probability in new facilities.

SOLIDS HANDLING Apollo specialise in the control and remediation of wax and hydrates. We also provide guidance on sand management, pigging, corrosion and erosion (including 3D modelling to predict erosion hotspots and life of field wall loss). Apollo carries out multiphase studies to investigate hold-up and corrosion issues and diagnose hammer water effects.
