Operations of the apostolic in the Old Testament
There are many incidences of apostolic footprints throughout the history recorded in the Old Testament.
The following are examples of apostolic orders, assignments and maneuvers that are apostolic in nature.
AdamAdam demonstrated the apostolic power to identify and assign a thing based on its nature.
Apostles call to the thing in you.
What you answer to when you are called is what you become...
Melchizedek The ability to speak into the future nature of a thing... Perpetual and lasting blessings.
Having no identified beginning or ending.... IT JUST IS!
NoahApostolic Obedience to preach the same message about something that had never happened before.
The anointing to build the vehicle that transitions. The ark, the vehicle.... The earth, mankind and every living creature transitioned into the next phase.
Moses• Superior Leadership ability
• Accountability
• Miracles, Signs, Wonders
Aspects of apostolic footprints are also seen and often displayed through the actions of Kings• In their authority
• In their regional reach
• In their ability to delegate
• In their ability to decree
The absence of apostolic dimensionsThe absence of the apostolic bring chaos, disorder, rebellion and disobedience.
Example • Moses went up to the mountain for 40 days....
• The cessation of apostleship by teaching dispensations emerging bishops as the head of the church. In so doing we see a decrease in miracles, real moves of God and a delineation from Order and Holiness. The people were drawn to and enticed by their own lust to become independent.
HOMEWORK• Write about three aspects of the apostolic
presence found in the Old Testament not mentioned by me in this lesson.
• Write about its 21st Century implications. (how or why that which you find as an apostolic presence in the O.T. Is relevant today or it's absence is needed today.)
