Apparel Hang Tags / Bar Code Printing

Doranix’ line of ThermaPrint 64 printers are adaptable to be used as apparel tag printer.  Tags can be pre-cut or on a roll.  Roll tags can be printed then automatically cut.

Pre-cut tags, or singles, are easily printed in the ThermaPrint 64 with some customization to suit each particular tag type.  Please see some examples below.

Apparel Tag Printer

Blister Card Printing Blister card printing of up to 10″ wide blister cards can

be done using ThermaPrint64.  Various thickness are also supported ~0.040″ being the thickest standard card.

Tyvek Printing The ThermaPrint 64 was

specifically designed for medical Tyvek printing.  Whether printing on Tyvek pouches or Tyvek lids, the ThermaPrint 64 can achieve good quality at fast speeds. 

Typically, Tyvek can be printed at 4-8 inches per seco

The LPA-5000 can be modified for coffee bag labeling.  Specifically, the LPA-5000 can accommodate coffee valves up to 1/4″. 

Additionally, the LPA-5000 can be modified to accept coffee bags with tin ties.
