Students will build a well-rounded base of knowledge about texle and apparel products, merchandising strategies, product development, producon processes, trends, consumers and sustainability. Field experiences allow students to network with industry professionals and study abroad opportunies are highly encouraged. Guest speakers, industry field trips and attending tradeshows allow students to have contact with fashion industry professionals. Students also gain additional hands-on professional experience during summer internships. Graduate with a Bachelors of Science degree in one of the top industries in the Northwest (Seale is the 7th largest apparel manufacturing center in the US with 13,825 retail firms). Quarterly meengs with the faculty advisor assures the student is academically on track to achieve their professional goals. The Apparel, Textiles and Merchandising program is designed to help you
