How To Bake An Apple Pie

Using fresh ground soft white and millet flour

Recipe For Pie Dough2 cups fresh ground soft white and millet flour (3

parts soft white to 1 part millet½ teaspoon salt2/3 cup butter

6 to 8 tablespoons cold water

Recipe For Fruit8 to 10 apples peeled, cored, chopped

3 tablespoons fresh ground flour1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch allspice

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes

Cut 2/3 cup butter into 2 cups flour
