It looks like the satchels are staying for another season , and rightfully so...It ’s an ‘every girl must have’ item so i’ll take it.

I was undecided about the flatform trend... Some styles are nice, but if i’m honest, they look like massive bricks on feet to me! I’ll leave it.

BRAIDS! BRAIDS!_ BRAIDS! It ’s all about the braids for this summer so start getting creative! I’ll take it.

ONE DRESS THREE WAYSHello Everyone!For those of you that don’t know who I am, my name is Samira Hashi . I’m a Student and a model and when i’m not in a lecture or on the catwalk you can normally find me in the Houses of Parliament discussing issues regarding the civilians in Somalia so I lead a pretty busy lifestyle! My personal style is definitely vintage inspired so you can imagine how happy I was to hear that Appletree Boutique wanted me to style one of their dresses in three different ways. I had two words for boutique, YES PLEASE. So that ’s what i’m going to talk to you about today, summer is hear and whilst the weather is nice, why not try to make the most of a versatile Appletree Boutique dress! xoxo

This look was all about minimalism with attention to detail . A small vintage Chanel quilted bag, vintage jewellery and vintage Chloe wedges take this dress to another level . Pastel colours are always great for the summer so investing in a pastel dress would be money well spent.

This is a really relaxed ‘summers day in the park’ kind-of look. The Appletree dress was styled with a vintage cardigan , straw hat and some TOMS footwear. I’m loving the veirsitility that this dress has to offer!

It ’s so easy for us to assume that we have to buy a particular dress to suit a specific occasion but I think this styling session has totally flawed that conception . Don’t bulk up your wardrobes with dresses that you’re going to wear today and forget about tomorrow. Get creative and make the most of what you have!

This has to be my favourite look. Using vintage accessories (once again!) and a vintage YSL coat to enhance the Appletree Boutique dress, it looks like i’m ready to close some serious business deals!
