Our Primacare team deliver a friendly and efficient service.

Below is an overview of our Primacare service, from registering your product for the extended parts guarantee, to what to do if your product experiences problems.

PRODUCT REGISTRATIONYou can register by phone or easily online at http://Prima-Appliances.uk/Guarantee. By registering your product you can extend for free your standard guarantee to a 5

year parts & 2 year labour guarantee. If you do not register your product you will be entitled to the standard 1 year parts and labour guarantee only.

NB: to qualify for the full 5 year parts & 2 year labour guarantee you must register your product within 30 days of purchase.

CUSTOMER QUERIESThe Primacare team are available to give you advice on operating our products and their specifications.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRIMA OR PRIMA+ PRODUCTPlease call the Primacare hotline on 0344 576 6841 and a Primacare advisor will check your product registration details, log the fault on our Primacare system

and if possible will attempt to resolve any operational or installation issues on the phone.

If we are unable to resolve your issue over the phone we will arrange for a Primacare engineer to contact you within 48hrs to arrange an appointment for a home

visit at your convenience.

ENGINEERS VISIT / SPARESOne of our trained service engineers will arrange a suitable appointment with you and attempt to fix your appliance on the first visit, however in the event that

additional parts are required he will arrange a new appointment to install the new parts at a later date.

ESCALATION PROCESSIf you are not satisfied with any part of the repair process we recommend that you contact the Primacare hotline as soon as possible and we will escalate your

problem to our Prima Escalation Management Team.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENTIf we are unable to repair your appliance for any reason we reserve the right to offer you a replacement item to the same specification. If the replaced item is

unavailable we reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative of similar specification. Original guarantee dates still apply in the event of a replacement.
