ANIMMA Conference brings together scienti-fi c, academic and industrial communities interested, or actively involved in research and developments related to nuclear instrumentation and measurement methods. The program is focused on instru-mentation, but emphasizes the latest developments in all measurement stages: nuclear radiation detection and in-pi-le measurements, modelling, electronics, signal acquisition and analysis, interpretation and associated training/education activities.
ANIMMA offers an out-standing opportunity for scientists and engineers to meet and discuss new ways to address complex problems and fi nd advanced solutions in nuclear instrumentation and measurement sciences and technologies.
CONTRIBUTED PAPERS
Selection of contributed papers for oral or poster pre-sentation will be performed by the Scientifi c Committee, based on the abstracts and extended abstracts. The Committee will reject those which do not reach a suffi ciently high standard, fall outside the scope of the Confe-rence or describe designs or re-sults which have been previously presented elsewhere. Detailed instructions for the preparation of the full papers, the posters and the oral presentations will be available on the Conference website and a link will be sent with the notifi cation of accep-tance.
WORKSHOPS
Several scientifi c workshops will be proposed on numeri-cal works and on experimental research and development from fundamental physics to direct applications. A detailed program will be available shortly on the Conference web site.Contact: Dr. Christelle Reynard-Carette ([email protected])
SHORT COURSE INITIATIVE
An advanced program of short courses will be offered at the start of the ANIMMA2017 Conference. Starting from the physical principles, the courses
will present a selection of applications of radiation detec-tors in various fi elds. Updated in-formation, detailed program and schedule will be available shortly on the Conference web site.Contact: Dr. Michèle Coeck ([email protected])
SATELLITE MEETINGS
The opportunity may be given to organize satellite meetings within the scope of the Conference. Contact:Dr. Ludo Vermeeren([email protected])
INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION
Throughout the Conference, a technical exhibition will be constantly available to the participants.
