General Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Program HSE Manager in ensuring the implementation of international and Saudi Aramco HSE standards at Ownership Project (SDHOP)
• Monitoring day to day HSE performance of all contractors and highlight the Discrepancies to General HSE Manager.
• Performing statistical analysis, review of contractor’s documents and preparation of SOPs for the projects
• Conduct Safety Meetings with S. Aramco’s & Main Contractor on Weekly / Monthly basis for site issues & upcoming safety plans.
• Development and Implementation of Procedures, Policies, Manuals & other Formats as required.
• Review of Audit & Inspection Reports.
• Monitor and maintain the statistical data of all HSE matter and prepare formal report for client.
• Maintain site safety log book.
• Ensure the effectiveness of safe system of work in place.
• Continuous monitoring of compliance with HSE regulations
• Prepare safe working procedures, risk assessment and coordinate with HSE officer(s) to ensure the implementation.
• Coordinate with site engineers & construction team on a daily basis to understand what field activities are to be performed in order to provide site safety cover.
• Issue HSE Warnings & job suspension noticed on repeated violation as needed. • Addressing the non-conformance to the contractors to ensure the (CAPA) are taken
by the contractors & prepare formal close out report.
• Establishes book of “lesson learnt” of incidents & near misses in order to avoid such incidents.
• Maintain the Record of all Investigate Accidents, Incidents & Near Misses reports.
• Analyze Safety data on weekly & Monthly basis to meet the safety target of the company.
• Ensure that all employees in their own language understand Safety & Health Policy during induction training.
• Inspects equipment, tools, third party certificates and working conditions to ensure safety of workers.
• Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences.
• Maintain records of all project site safety statistics and associate training materials
and manuals.
• Assess and monitor Contractor/Sub-Contractor performance and compliance with
Safety Plans, Safe Operating Procedures (for High-Risk Construction Work)
• Submit HSE statistic and site report summary to Project Management and Client weekly
