    APPLICATION FOR HIRING A STALL

    (name of company with address) desire to open a stall of ____________________________________

    during NEXUS 2012 to be held on 16th, 17th and 18th February, 2012 in the college premises. I shall

    abide by the Rules & Regulations of the college in this regard. I have deposited a sum of Rs 14000/-

    (Fourteen Thousand only) for stall and Rs 1000/- (Thousand only) towards cleanliness. (Total Rs15000/- Fifteen Thousand Only) in cash/demand draft in the College Accounts Branch vide Receipt

    Stalls are available on first come first served basis.RULES & REGULATIONS

    Two tables, four chairs and one light will be provided in each stall of 10 x 10. The hirerwill be responsible for the safe return of the same.

    Rs 15000/- will have to be deposited in advance by Cash/DD in Accounts Branch and receiptshould be obtained for the same.

    The timings of the stall will be 09:00 to 20:00 on each day. Maximum 4 persons can be present inside a stall. If a food stall, rate of edibles are to be approved by the Committee in advance. No Non-Vegetarian items are allowed in any food stall. Rs 1000/- (inclusive) per stall will be charged for 3 days to clean the litter from the

    dustbins around the stall.

    No child labour (below 15 years) would be employed by the Staff owner. Extra chairs and tables may be available from the Event Management Company hired for

    the festival at their specified rates. The college holds no responsibility for the same.

    Location of stalls will be done via a lucky draw system in front of all stall owners. Only Pepsi and its products are to be kept in the stalls for sale.

    Note: A meeting of stall owners will be held one/two weeks before the festival in the

    Principals office. Youll be notified and are requested to attend the same, along with item

    wise rate list for eatables.
