This form shall be used by students who wish to undertake the theoretical knowledge examinations

at the Swedish Transport Agency.

Examination procedure

Send this form and attachments as a scanned file in PDF-format to

certifikat.w3d3@transportstyrelsen.se

You will receive an invoice and an e-mail containing your user name and password

to the examination platform PEXO.

You must then make your own arrangements with the test invigilator(s).

☐ I accept that the Swedish Transport Agency register me for theoretical examinationaccording to the information above. I will upon registration receive an invoice with anadministrative fee for the examination along with a fee for each subject. This initial feecontains one try per subject, in case of a retest you will be charged after havingcompleted the examination. If the examination is cancelled, you will only be refundedthe tests that has not been written.

Current fees for theoretical examination is established in”Transportstyrelsens föreskrifter om avgifter”, TSFS 2016:105.

☐ I hereby confirm that I will not communicate with anyone during the examinationexcept the invigilator, I will not in any way record any information from the tests orbring anything else than approved equipment to the examination. It is not permitted toadd any information to the equipment. Using any other web page than PEXO will beregarded as violating the rules. A list of approved equipment is found at:

If I attempt to violate these rules, the whole examination may be considered as failedand I will be banned to take any theoretical examination in any EASA member state forat least 12 months.

The examination content is classified in the Public Access to Information and SecrecyAct(2009:400) and it may be illegal to share information from the tests

ATO Recommendation

The student must have a recommendation in the respective subject to be able to take the examination. If the

students fail the examination in a subject the ATO must submit a new recommendation, otherwise it will not be

possible to take a re-test.

ATPL and CPL examinations require the subject 100 – Knowledge, skills and attitudes(KSA) to have been passed prior to sending this application. This should be marked in the table belowCourse the student is undertaking at the ATO
