Dear Graduate,

Assalam-o-Alaikum!

For attending the IIU 9th Convocation (2013) graduates, fulfill the following conditions will be eligiblefor participation:

1. Have graduated during the Academic Year 2009-10, 2010-2011 and 2011-12 (from 1.9.2009 to31.08.2012)

2. In case he/she has obtained Transcript/Provisional Certificate their attested copies must beattached:

a. Deposit Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) per degree fee/registration fee (Nonrefundable)

b. Deposit Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) security fee for convocation robes.Rs.1500/- is refundable on return of Robes after deduction of Rs.500/- as rentalcharges.

c. Submit the registration form alongwith three passport size photographs, attestedcopy of National Identity Card and a copy of matriculation/school certificate. In caseof overseas students attested copy of passport will be required.

d. In case you desire that your parents/spouse may be invited to attend theconvocation, a copy of their NIC duly attested may also be attached. You will have topay an amount of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) per person. However, theUniversity reserves the right to accept/reject the request of participation ofparents/spouse.

e. Participation in the convocation by the students and their guests will be subject tothe security clearance by the Government of Pakistan.

f. The students will have to return the convocation robes in the Examination Sectionswithin ten days after convocation, failing which, the amount of security will beforfeited.

g. Convocation robes can also be returned soon after the convocation outside the halland security can be claimed.

3. Transcript:

a. Obtain Clearance Certificate first and get it cleared from the offices of the Universitymentioned in the form.b. Pass the prescribed Hifz Test and mention the date of passing the Hifz Test forissuance of degree.

c. Follow the instructions given above in serial No.1 & 2.d. This form, duly completed in all respects must be deposited with the on or before

30th April 2013, otherwise, you will not be allowed to attend the convocation.
