It is your responsibility to submit a complete application with all supporting documents on or before February 5th, 2018. Please do not include any supplementary material not requested such as CDs and memory sticks. Your application package will include, in the following order :
1. complete and signed application2. official high school transcript [if attended more than one school please include all]3. reference letter #1 - Math or Computer Studies teacher4. reference letter #2 - Principal or designate5. copies of all relevant award certificates (originals cannot be sent back to you)
You have three options for submission:
