INFORMATION AND RULES

Purpose of the Tenda Summer School

The Tenda Summer School organized by the Centro Preformazione Attoriale is a great opportunity and cultural resource as well as educational. Meeting the need to use the summer period as a moment of leisure where it is more possible to indulge one's passions, the Tenda Summer School is a place of human growth within an environ-ment rich in culture and history organized to measure for boys and girls, rich of values and serene, in which the educational, recreational, manual, expressive and motor activities educate to a positive use of free time to ap-proach the theatrical and cinematographic arts. Period and time schedule The Tenda Summer School starts on Sunday 2th of August 2020 and ends on Sunday 9th of August 2020 for a total of one week full immersion. From the August 9 with the sharing of the spaces inside the structure of Villa la Mensa that will be divided into rest area where the tents will be accommodated for the overnight stays, a court -yard sharing area for the breaks of the training activities as well as the areas dedicated to personal care and hy -giene and at mealtimes. In order for children to fit well in this adventure, it is necessary to respect the times cho-sen and shared both for the training sessions and for those dedicated to daily meals. Equally important is the mu-tual respect of all the people who will carry out the activities of the Tenda Summer School in mutual respect for cultural and religious differences given the participation of children from different nations of the world. Last but not least is the respect of the historical structure that hosts us, considering that it is a historic villa, being reno-vated, and for which we have the concession in use by the Municipality of Copparo.

Health requirements The organization of the activities of the Tenda Summer School requires the same physical integrity of the children requested by the schools, declared at the time of registration and it is announced that any problem, of a physical or psychological nature (epilepsy, allergies, states of anxiety or phobias ...) must be reported in writing to the person in charge of the Tenda Summer School, who will discreetly take the necessary precautions and notify his collabo-rators where necessary. Places The Tenda Summer School activities are carried out in the courtyards and in the premises of Villa la Mensa located in Sabbioncello San Vittore (Copparo). The activities will involve all partici -pants who will be divided into groups and entrusted to teachers who will alternate depending on the time of day and the lessons to be held.

Office hours The secretariat will be opened within the same premises as the Villa, from the start of the Tenda Summer School, at the times listed: from 10.00 to 12.30 to respond to all needs, they may arise during the event.

Insurance The registration fee includes insurance, which covers any non-repayable medical expenses. For any accident oc -curring during the course of the activities, verified by the teachers and / or managers, it is essential to promptly communicate the details to the manager and provide the documentation that will be required for insurance prac-tices (eg medical certificates ...). Disciplinary rules and behavior If during the course of the activities a boy demonstrates the refusal of the training proposal, puts into practice vio-lent or immoral behavior towards the companions, the teachers or the organizers and disturbs the carrying out of the regular activities, the president of the Centro Preformazione Attoriale reserves the right to faculty to remove the subject from common activities or definitively.

MoneyThe organizers of the Tenda Summer School, while reasonably vigilant, decline any responsibility in case of loss or theft of money. Therefore, it is advisable to carefully evaluate whether and how much money to conduct inside Villa la Mensa during the event.

Personal effects



All the activities are organized by the Centro Preformazione Attoriale: therefore no other material is required to be taken with them for training purposes. Also in this case, due to loss, theft or break-up, the organization of the Tenda Summer School accepts no responsibility.

Mobile phonesThe presence of mobile phones creates more and more unpleasant inconveniences, such as losses, breakdowns or simply inappropriate rings during the activities, which disturb the conduct.Mobile phones should be left silent during training and night rest periods. Should a misuse occur, the aforemen -tioned devices will be withdrawn by the managers and returned at the end of the training periods.

Important informationIn the respect of all the participants and of the great work of organization carried out by the staff of the Centro Preformazione Attoriale, some important prohibitions are reiterated which must be complied with in a categorical manner and which compromise the permanence within the Tenda Summer School:1. It is forbidden to leave the villa during the entire duration of the event;2. It is forbidden to introduce alcoholic beverages and drugs;3. It is forbidden to enter the areas of the villa being renovated;4. It is forbidden to enter the areas dedicated to the staff assigned to the management of the organization.Furthermore, all the participants are requested to keep the Villa's premises clean, including the courtyards, gardens and any other common area.

Officers The person in charge of the Tenda Summer School is the President of the Centro Preformazione Attoriale, Mrs. Valeria Luzi. For any problem of significant importance it is necessary to refer to her. For practical, logistic and organizational problems, reference is made to the managers or individual teachers present within the structure. In any case, dialogue and communication are the best means to resolve any difficulty.
