The LS-1 Mounting Kit is designed for mounting the DE-55or DE-100 Applicators on large square balers. This kitallows the applicator tank and frame to be mounted over thebale chute. Our mounting kit includes an easy to mountpump unit bracket, easy to mount nozzle plate (LS-1/NP)and upgrades of the in-line gauge from a 2 1/2” to a 4” liquidfilled gauge (ILG-4), making it easy to read from the cab.Also included are longer lengths of hose and power cordneeded for proper installation.

The FX-2000 Series moisture testers from Delmhorst include an in-chamber moisture sensor to provide youwith “on-the-go” readings. These units take 2 readings every second and update the readings every 4seconds when attached to the in-chamber tester. They display the average and highest of eightaccumulated readings on a backlit display. Measures moisture between 6% - 40%.

DigiFlow Digital Flowmeter

The FL Series Flowmeters are “ball type” flowmeters. These flowmetersare available in 3 different ranges and can be purchased as a completeassembly or as a replacement of existing “ball type” flowmeters. All of theflowmeter assemblies come complete with a mounting bracket, 20’ of 3/8”braided hose, fittings and hose clamps. These flowmeters show thecurrent application rate in gallons per hour. NOTE: The FL SeriesFlowmeters do not have a total flow reading (see the DigiFlow above forthis and other features).

DigiFlow Digital Flowmeter

The SP-1 control module has an on-off switch with an LEDon indicator with a dial that controls the speed of thepump. It will allow the operator to control the pressure andspray volume from the cab or away from the pump unitwhere required. Our SP-1 includes reverse polarityprotection, a 10 amp resettable circuit breaker and swivelmounting kit. This unit works great on all 12 volt Ag-ServApplicators. (Not for use with DE-1000)

DT-1a • 110 Volt Digital Timer This timer comes in a weather/dust resistant box andhave standards extension cord plugs; this allows the timerto be mounted anywhere between the power source andthe applicator using extension cords.

Digital Timers

The MT-1 Timer is a manual wind-up spring timer. Thisunit can be set for a run time of up to 10 minutes andmay be used on any 12 volt applicator.
