AMC offers new mud pumps in any electrical or mechanical arrangement. AMC is a full service distributor of Weatherford Mud Pumps along with Weatherford’s new Ellis Williams mud pump line. We can offer either of these pumps under our distributor agreement with Weatherford.

AMC is capable of fabricating at all of our six facilities if needed. Our full time fabrication shops are located at 18734 E. Hardy Rd, 7705 Wright Rd, 11951-C FM 529 and our Dial Steel 7607 Wright Rd location.

Fabrication at AMC

Masts & Substructures650K, 750K, 1M, 1.3M, 1.5M and 2M Hook Load Masts all built at our Wright Rd. facility. This facility has the full capability to build several mast and substructures at once. It also has a small pad in the rig-up yard for assembly.

Mud Systems1000BBL, 1500BBL, 2000BBL and 2500BBL Mud Systems built at several of our fabrication locations. We are capable of fabricating any design of mud system with a quick turnaround delivery time. We do have our own design, but can accommodate any drilling company’s requirements.

Water Tanks & Fuel TanksWe can build rectangle or round water tanks for almost any capacity. We also offer fuel tanks in the capacity of 13,000 Gallon, 18,000 Gallon and 16,500 Gallon. We can accommodate with a custom size skid as well with room for fuel or water accessories.

Mud Gas Separator & SkidNew mud gas separator with or without skid. Skid is 10'x40'. Separator dimensions are 4'x20'. Separator has a 20" inspection port, 8" mud inlet, 6" choke inlet, 12" drain and an 8" pipe to flare line. It is capable of folding over on skid.

Change/Parts House & DoghousesWhen you need a house with more functions that one, our change and parts house is what you need. Very sturdy and functional. Our doghouses are some of the most sought after in the industry because of their porch area and sliding doors.

Pipe Racks, Pipe Bins and CatwalksWe can build pipe racks at 18", 42" or any height required by the drilling company. Our pipe bins are long enough to hold a joint of drill pipe and big enough to carry 40,000 Lbs. You can also stack the pipe bins if needed. Our catwalks come in all different sizes.

AMC has a full service drilling equipment repair shop located at 11959-A F.M. 529 in Houston, Texas. Our shop is equipped with overhead cranes, experienced drilling equipment mechanics and the tools to complete any drilling equipment repair job.

AMC can repair to your drilling company's specific guidelines or use our standard which is the highest in the drilling industry today. AMC has a full service machine shop located at 18734 E. Hardy Road in Houston, Texas. Our shop is equipped with CNC manufacturing machines, manual machines and inspection tools necessary to complete the job to your desired specification. We have the equipment and capability to manufacture a variety of products, machining services and design products using the most current technical programs to meet customer specifications. Operations includes drilling, reaming, tapping, milling and boring which is done with accuracy and speed on CNC and manual machines.

Drilling Rig Machining

We have the equipment and the capability to rig-up several fully functional rigs at one time. We can can accommodate many rig-ups at four of our six facilities. These facilities also include fabrication, machining and design capabilities to meet or exceed customer expectations.

We offer rig-up services that allow our customers to bring in existing rigs from their rig fleet and get them ready for the drilling market today.

AMC has rig-up capabilities at four facilities, with three of them being in Houston, TX and one in Oklahoma City, OK. These include 18734 E. Hardy Rd, 11951-C FM 529, 7705 Wright Rd. and our 15320 South Meridian Oklahoma City location. Our rig-up yards are equipped with several cranes, experienced welders and the tools/equipment to complete any rig-up job desired to your specification. To meet your company needs we have a staff prepared to work around the clock to get your rig rigged up in the time frame you need.

At Applied Machinery rig-up facilities we can:

• Rig-up customer's existing rig for test
