Develop Project Plan

Gantt Chart in Excel used as Project Management tools It helps to find the current situation of Project and shows the Activities or Methods with respect to the times

Kick off Meetings &Team Responisbilities

Team meeting making Questionaries, Discuss SystemProcess, create Work plan, How the System is being developed? What information is going to be covered? What will be the duration of each Methods & How to split the task? What amount of research do you intend to pursue? Which Usability Methods Will be considerd? What will be the User Goal? How to start the Project?

Find User Requirements

Target User has been selected from the beginning of the research. The second step is to understand the users needs and requirements. UCD Design process is quite similar to the waterfall model process. This is the reason that project members want to Establish the requirements level very high in the early stage .

Learn about the users and their tasks

learn about the workflow

Know users Difficulties & pain

User Interview

Setup Qst,Place,Users

Findout large amount of data from Interview (users need)

Focus Group Persona

Qualitative Feedback

behavior in a social context

Describe backgrounds, goals, and values, Needs, Expectation from users

Create empathy

Page 5: Applied Research Project A Website for Student Jobs

Explore & Design

To clear the journey of the users in the system, A paper storyboard has been created before paper prototype.

Analysis

After gathering large amount of data from users needs, Team members want to discuss appropriate data for making primary sketch/Mock-ups in paper. In order to that we followed:-

Brainstorming Card Sorting Task Analysis Scenario

developing the ideas into a concept

Find out the possible Navigations for system

Focus on users behavior

Users Efficiency, Effectivity, satisfaction

Use case, Flow Diagram

Paper Prototype Before test with User Heuristic Evaluation

Implementation & Test

Style Guides Implement the desgin before testing with user. Specify the users goal

Usability Test User Observation, Documentation, Evaluation against Requirements Get User Feedback End

Field Study To find Users Basic Information, needs, requirements, Difficulties, Expectations

Interview Get Ideas from Field Study. Prepare questions for Interview. Get Appointment with Framers and make the interview schedule. [ 15 Interviews has been taken in 2 Months]

Understand User Requirements

Analysis Requirements

Write User Stories Creating persona Journey Map Card Sorting

Focus Users goal Problems

Different Users Persona describe users Activity, stisfactions, Pain

How to achieve the goals

Idea to make design of Navigation or features

Sketch basic Wireframe of the system

Page 9: Applied Research Project A Website for Student Jobs

UX research found Problems

• Farm Monitoring • Weather • Temperature • Supply of water and seeds chemicals • Check list

UX research found Possible Solutions

• Uses of Drone from Microsoft surface along with other features. • Using Algorithoms for auto weather forcast before extrime rain

or bad wind. Chemicals for seeds also can be provide with drone and it can be controll from the same operator positions.

• Algorithom uses for making checklist for farmers, which shows what to do, how and when?

Evaluate the Design after Users Interaction and test.

Users Feedback

Implement the further requirements . [Voice Commands during Interaction]

Finally Reach Users Satisfaction with the system, Efficiency and sustainability. The END
