Project Conclusions

Excellent team work with University of Minho and K&N resulted in

project conclusion (iFloW is Bosch property);

Team consisted of 4 researchers, 3 Professors and 5 Bosch Braga

team members (18 months of work members in 18 months work create

iFloW;

No Bosch founding used on the project development;

Alert messages in case of deviation and online and easy

overview of materials arrival;

Pilot with 11 suppliers already implemented (Penang Port);

Very positive procurement planner feedback about the tool usability,

transparency and data accuracy.

Rollout plan – Next steps

• Implementation on PgP1 (Already done);

• Implementation on Ovar Plant (Under discussion);

• Implementation in Aveiro Plant (Under discussion);

• Usage of the same concept with the PgP1 project DTS (iFloW outgoing)

(On going);

• Connect the iFloW ETA to SAP ASN - support from SAP specialists needed.
