Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellation refunds for the 2016 Leadership Conference, minus $50 per person per event cancelled, will be granted upon written request but must be received by April 5, 2016.

After April 5, 2016, NO REFUNDS will be granted for

cancellations and purchase orders will be redeemed for full payment.

Hotel Room Rates Room rates are $189 for a single or double, plus room tax (currently 12%).

All room reservations must be guaranteed by a first night’s non-refundable room deposit.

Reserve Your Hotel Room Early Rooms are limited, so reserve early. After Wednesday, March 30, 2016, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only and may be at a rate higher than the $189 conference rate. If your reservation is received after the March 30 cut-off date or our room block is filled at the Sheraton Tysons Hotel, your reservation will be referred to a designated overflow hotel.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation If you must cancel your hotel reservation, please call the hotel central reservations at 1-800-325-3535 at least 72 hours prior to your day of arrival to avoid an additional penalty beyond the non-refundable first night’s deposit.
