BACKGROUND• In order to expand our current torque tools assortment, a digital torque
tester has been developed• It is important to keep the torque tools in peak calibration condition. Many
end users externalized this calibration service, meaning additional costs and no access to the tool for a given time
• With the DTT, end users will be able to check the torque wrenches by themselves in an easy way, whenever a problem in the torque wrench is found
• Torque wrenches can be checked as often as the users deem necessary

PRODUCT INFORMATION• Progressive developments affecting controlled bolt tightening techniques
and more stringent requirements with respects to accuracy, ease of operation and tool functions are accompanied by a need for appropriate tool checking and testing equipment
• A torque tester is used as a quality control device to test or calibrate torque controlled tools. This includes electronic wrenches, click torque wrenches, dial torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers
• The Bahco Digital Torque Tester is designed to satisfy that demand• It can be mounted on a wall or used in a bench-top vise to allow the
operator to conveniently test torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers• It features an easy to use touchpad screen to capture peak torque values
during a test in real time, and download stored torque data to a PC• Bahco offers four DTT models, from the smallest operational range to the
